I just wanted to say that there was one point in my life (2020) where I excepted the fact that my weight loss would take a while and fell in love with the journey, I’ve now fallen off and put so much pressure on myself, and was stressing myself out more thinking I DID IT THEN WHY NOT NOW, but it was because I was so accepting of how long it was going to take. Thank you so much for this, you just need to be kind to yourself and not scare yourself so much and you will do the work ❤

Assalamu Alaykum bahja! This was such a lovely video, and I pray Allah swt rewards you for your generosity. I wanted to mention that I noticed you saying in this video and in another video, that “Allah swt is the only person you have to lean on.” You also said, “Allah swt is the only person who understands you.” I am giving you naseeha as your sister, and I am sure you said these unknowingly of the implications of referring to Allah swt as a person. Allah swt is above any analogy, and He swt should be referred to as Allah swt alone. He swt should never be referred to as a person, as He swt is the One who created us. In the future, please do not refer to Allah swt as a person. Instead of person you can say, “Allah swt is the only One who will understand you.” Or “No human can ever understand you, but the Rabb who created you will understand you.”
I say this because our beloved Prophet saw said; “Love for your brother what you love for yourself.” And I would love for someone to point out my wrongdoings so I do not get sins. May Allah swt forgive us for our shortcomings, and allow us to recognize our faults.
It is only Allah swt who has allowed me to say this, may Allah swt reward you.
