    The leftover flats in Rohini, Vasant Kunj are having some issues?? Like topfloor, wrong direction etc? I mean why people surrendered?

    Frds DDA mein bilkul apply mt krna.. Jb tk faltu paise n ho... Bcz these r inferior quality construction n vry costly... U hv to pay more thn 1 cr for MIG.... Instead u cn apply any affordable housing in Gurugram n ths r btr construction n cheap MIG flat price apprx 21 lac.. Signature global hv high reputation within affordable housing project

    1 crore + rate to aise rakhe hain jaise paise ped me lagte hain...jiski income 1 lakh hai wo bhi inn flats ko afford ni kar sakta.. or bolte hai ki middle class k liye hai..jis hisab ke rate hai uss hisab se to 1 lakh income wala badi muskil se ews flat afford kar payega.

      Thik kaha jab se kejriwal aaya he Delhi me Delhi ka styanash ker diya he . hum jeso ki jebe kat ker jhugiyo me free me bat raha he .Hum kyo khoon pasine ki kamai kar DDA ko de kyo na juggi dal de or labh uthye sarkari sceem ka jaha juggi wahi pakke makan . Free pani free BIJALI free bas free kyo bhai logo ko nikamma banana cahte taki tumhara vote Bank bana rahe

    Affordable housing should be the motto of govt .govt policy should be social but the price they have kept are beyond reach of common people. DDA people are most corrupt and apathetic. Govt also keeps eye closed towards this deptt.

    sir thanks for making these videos. I have a doubt regarding 19 B uske pass ye najafgarh nala hai - Will this impact resale or price appreciation? aur ye nala hone se pta chala log reh hi na paye ? Also, ye 1.27 cr ke alwa bhi koi kharcha hota hai kya dda flats mai ?

      Definitely najafgarh drain will impact on resale / apart from cost you need to pay stamp duty @ 5/6 & 7% in case of female/joint & male

      You will also have to spend atleast 10 lakh more to make them liveable and secure with grill and jaalis.

    Aapne ye nahi bataya ki ye flats Nzafgarh Nale ke upar bane hain aur Even is winters nale ki badboo poore area me aati rehti hai.....!
    In Summers its even worse.
    Its like living in drain....

    what about maintenance? are there any charges for that as well? Likewise old DDA flats there few residents pay and few don't. is there any point of minimum fixed by DDA and annually increased? if not then what if the Lift malfunctioned and how the resident would be managing it? stairs would be horrible to climb :)

      One time maintenance charges approx 4 lakh included in cost for major work, it is compulsory to take RWA membership for every resident for day to day maintenance in this scheme

      Sector 16B is better than 19B you can also opt 3bhk in sector 18B

    Very nice video Keshav ji.. i have couple of queries.. 1) Is there any location in this scheme in Delhi where the cost of 2bhk flat is lesser than current market price. 2) There are certain categories where only 1 to 11 flats are there, are those sectors any better

    1.5 cr income karne me puri zindegi lag jati hai....phir itna paisa daal ke ye choti choti basic sa flats kon kharidega....isse thik hai aas pass ki choti city me jamin kharid kar bara makan bana kar thaat baat me rahe, ya to private builders se flats with modern amenities kharide.Disgusting looking flats...

    फ्लैट बहुत महंगा है। इतनी कीमत में तो 2 फ्लैट आ जाएंगे। इस समय महंगी प्रौपर्टी लेना खतरनाक है। पहले ही 1 करोड़ का फ्लैट 70 लाख में मिल रहा है। अभी आने वाले 10 सालों तक। प्रॉपर्टी के रेट नहीं बढ़ने वाले हें। पूरे देश मे अगर 100 फ्लैट बिक्री के लिए हें। तो केवल 30 लोग खरीदार हें। मार्किट से खरीदार गायब है।
