Has Brian tried using one of those stand-up desks? My friend had to get one and it really helped her. Much more comfortable standing part of the time. Love watching y'all.
With the beef bones, make some homemade beef barley soup, the meat will cook off the bone, and be so tender, and yummy...Or beef stew would be good Brandy, many good recipes with them... Happy New Year to you, Brian, and your entire family!🤗👍🙏❤️🎉🎊
Get an electric pressure canner (not cooker). It’s SO easy and not that expensive. I’m pressure canning with no issues. I’ve only been at it about a year. I’m obsessed!!! I want another one.
Hello you mentioned you have joint pain, switch out the almond milk with coconut milk almond milk has lectins in it that are bad for your joints. Also if you're eating almond flour switch that out with a gluten-free flour
You probably already know this hence your comment but Brandi has coeliacs disease and has to have a gluten free diet so I’m sure she’ll have some gluten free flour somewhere in the house x
Don’t say that about the age I’m 44 this year 🙈 I’m not a big ginger fan so I think I’d give the smoothies a miss! Glad to hear young Master Evan is feeling better as well as yourselves. Nothing worse than everyone feeling poorly all at the same time. ETA I’ve seen people make beef broth with their soup bones and then when cooked take the meat off and put bones back in to continue making broth but I don’t can so I don’t know if you can waterbath can it or if it would need to be pressure canned. Do you feed your Pyrenees raw because if you do they could have the bones but if they’re kibble fed you can’t as the ph of their stomach acid is too high, it needs to be brought down by just plain chicken before they can have bones otherwise they can’t digest it and it can cause problems in their digestive systems. I started raw feeding my shar pei when he was 4 so I can clearly remember all the faff that went into it. Well worth it though! He needed his teeth cleaning and I said I’d rather buy a freezer and raw feed him and let bones do the job than put him under anaesthetic and the vets do it. Best thing we ever did! He stopped smelling, he had more energy, he pooped a hell of a lot less and he got white teeth back. Definitely recommend to those thinking about it!!
I was waiting for the beef tongue to show up 😂😂 I recall when they cost about $6 now they are about $38 and I’m just thinking who the heck likes beef tongue that much!! I will always pass on it.

The beef shank on the bone makes the best vegetable soup. Add a big bone also. If I were close I would take them off your hands. @@OsoFarm
Roast the beef bones in the oven. Take the meat of and make veggie soup or stew. Put the bones in a large stock pot with water, peppercorns, salt optional, garlic and a little vinegar to draw the minerals out of the bones. Let it simmer for 12 to 24 hrs. Remove bones and chill broth to remove fat from the top. Put in freezer container or bags and freeze. It makes wonderful broth for meals .
It's so sweet that you take care of the animals 😊
❤️❤️❤️

Beef tongue is so delicious. It's so expensive and so good for tacos.
If you have stomach problems, ginger can aggravate it sometimes. I had to much of it when I was juicing.

You can definitely freeze your bone broth!
Freeze it in what container? A jar? A bag?

@ Exactly!
You can also freeze in quart size bags. Lay them flat on a cookie sheet to freeze then you stack them flat or upright like books.
