The episode was named "rise of the serene king" for a reason.
Yeah like even though it's match point for inarizaki and tanaka keeps on getting blocked, kags still give/toss it to him, expecting him to make it through (i think that's why it's called "threat" in the manga) and also kags trusting his ability.
When kageyama sets to asahi from the back row, and asahi looks surprise... Kags set it from the back row and in that case of course inarizaki's blockers can easly see and where karasuno will attack. Of course the blockers was already there before asahi swing/attack. And then asahi said "I'm jealous of the first-years and second years (which is hina, tsukki, yams, nishi, Ryuu, narita, chikara..), and the incoming first-years who will keep hitting these sets/toss, but at the same time... 'I also feel sorry for them' At first i didn't understand why asahi "feel sorry for the incoming first-years who'll keep hitting kags sets" But i realized why asahi "feel sorry for them" is because kags sets is not always easy to hit and make it a point (he's not the goody two-shoes anymore that will always adjust and accommodate his spikers level), he fight also. Looking at the sets he gave to tanaka and asahi, it is a hard set and there's a pressure in it because kag is expecting them to make it through even tho it's not easy to make it score from that hard set and situation... That's why asahi feel sorry for the incoming first-years who'll keep hitting kags sets.

It was so great when they gave Ryu his moment too.. He’s an all rounder and pretty much second hand to Daichi so he usually just act as a side character who sets up everyone else or help out where needed, so when he got a push to really be the star of a play and his iron will to just push on was displayed, that was absolutely beautiful. All the characters have a moment like that and it was great to see it for a character who otherwise was more of a comedic relief character.

When the twins were gonna do a freak attack and Kageyama and Hinata blocked it together was SUCH A MOMENT! a moment of teamwork! And a really good kagehina moment
Those perfect received that Hinata did were just totally ignored by some just because of an ear. Those receives are the result of his hard work. I'm not hating oikawa, that chaotic dude is so lovable. I just feel disappointed for those fans who didn't acknowledge Hinata’s growth and improvements. Dude, he's the whole plot. His journey in volleyball is the whole plot, what’s more amazing in haikyuu is it's not one sided. I'm disappointed with some fans who thinks Hinata is not main character material. Dude, some players were threatened with him, see something in him, roots for him. Hinata is such a great help with some characters too. For example, kageyama, asahi, hyakuzawa, and etc. Hinata’s journey in volleyball is the whole plot of haikyuu. The side characters back stories and such added flavors to the story. Imagine, being the only person who plays volleyball in middle school, he have to join other teams or convince his friends from other clubs to toss for him, and play with him in the tournament. From a person who only wants to hit the ball from a person who became giddy to defend. Hinata is so underrated on his own show. Don't get me wrong, I'm only upset with 'some fans'. We all have freedom to be attached with other characters too ;')

Well, they're twins, have telepathy, been playing together since forever. Honestly, Inarizaki is very much having the upper hand in this match, experience, mentality, teamwork, etc. But, the fact that Karasuno is able to win is why I think the Japan National Team coach choose Kageyama over Atsumu to join National Team. Well, Atsumu may be chosen as the best setter in High School, but the coach thinks other way because he sees more than just that, so Kageyama is chosen instead. I believe Hinata is also attracting in his own way, but he's not polished yet to being chosen like Kageyama. Osamu is actually pretty good, but yeah, having Osamu always by Atsumu's side all the time will make Atsumu's skill limited. So, I agree with the manga to only continue with Atsumu playing volleyball, because that way Atsumu can have experience more than just his teammate, especially his twin (which is quite unfair because they have strong telepathy)
Honestly just my fv freaking moment 6:40 I cried when I first saw it and I thought I just got caught up but then I'm seeing it again and just tears! My favourite moment of the season honestly, so relatable and deep.

Honestly, Inarizaki is very much having the upper hand in this match, experience, mentality, teamwork, etc. But, the fact that Karasuno is able to win is why I think the Japan National Team coach choose Kageyama over Atsumu to join National Team. Well, Atsumu may be chosen as the best setter in High School, but the coach thinks other way because he sees more than just that, so Kageyama is chosen instead.
I believe Hinata is also attracting in his own way, but he's not polished yet to being chosen like Kageyama.
Osamu is actually pretty good, but yeah, having Osamu always by Atsumu's side all the time will make Atsumu's skill limited. So, I agree with the manga to only continue with Atsumu playing volleyball, because that way Atsumu can have experience more than just his teammate, especially his twin (which is quite unfair because they have strong telepathy)
