This Aged professors and NBA team spoiled education system. Present young teachers have no support for their profession growth. Why not all affiliated colleges of different universities in india try to become NITs and IITs. The education system needed for our country , every student of country should get quality education. This NBA visit is done only if institution is giving seventh pay scale to teachers. Otherwise the visit to institution should be cancelled.
I can say one word to parents before joining your ward to engineering or medical or non technical degree. Don't see accreditation status of institution. Just clarify salary details of teachers of that institution , example all graduate courses should give seventh pay scale to teachers. If institution management giving seventh pay to teachers then your son or daughter can join such college otherwise your ward life spoiled. Don't see beauty of campus. Give priority for quality teaching.
