Preparation time - 45 minutes
Serving - 4 to 5
Ingredients:
For stuffed paneer-
Paneer - 300 grams
Chopped cashews -1/2 tbsp
Chopped almonds -1/2 tbsp
Chopped Pista -1/2 tbsp
Green chilli -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Ginger -1/2 tsp
Chaat masala -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
For Curry
Onion - 1 cup
Tomatom -3/4 cup
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic -10 cloves
Javitri -1/2 inch
Cinnamon stick -1/2 inch
Soaked cashews - 15
Chopped green chilli - 1 tsp
Chopped ginger -1 tsp
Butter -2 tbsp
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp(optional)
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Sabzi masala - 1.5 tsp or You may add:
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
