Well, the idea of the author being the antagonist is interesting. And also something about the universe of the story being in the said author’s control depending on scenario
It's not an original idea, though. You can find it in series like "My Next Life As A Villainess" or "The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System," among others.

As a novel reader, believe me this is a hidden gem. Yes, this starts like any other story but what makes it stand out is how the storyline continues. This story made me cry and laugh. The plot twists and character development were amazing.
Idk other things made me cry and laugh too. To me the difference is that the main characters feels so human (I mean the others feel pretty human but they seem more cartoonish if anything) Also the whole concept is pretty different too, and I honestly understand how the ML fell for her too.
Can you tell what the difference is? I just read the first chapter and "Yup this is your typical" so I stopped
@@akarifuyuki9763 read it. The difference is how the story is carried out. The characters are 2 dimensional each having a certain goal. Yes I know that this took the 'typical' I married my family's enemy trope but this one was the most unique and epic especially as Edith breaks away from the system. You can never guess what's going to happen next

@@bituinl I read the scene on the first chapter many times in other stories. I know we can't avoid some cliche things to be happened, but claimed your story is not "your typical romance" yet the opening is something that happened in many romance, that's not a good move in my opinion
Honestly, I really do like this story. I’ve been following it for a long time and I think it has a lot of potential. Kilian is really interesting and well done character in my opinion. His attitude change towards our mc makes sense and is done pretty well. I’m fairly excited to see where the series will go
I think the added element of the story being sentient and the author really make this story stand out.
Also, I think it's pronounced "Regal-hoff"
The name of the story reminds me of another one called another typical romantic fantasy. Oh my god I absolutely love that that manhwa. It literally starts off after the main character (who was reincarnated into the protagonist of the story) has basically finished the original story. She is the queen now, but twist, her husband (the original male lead) was too clingy and obsessed for her taste, so she divorced him and basically took his throne. But then one day he comes back, stabs and kills her and she is sent back to beginning and instead of doing all that again or getting revenge or whatever, she goes and marries her pin pal from her previous life (who she never met in person) the northern grand duke. you should totally read and do a video on it sometime.

The idea that the author is the main obstacle is what makes it somewhat atypical, because usually the author is some kind of "god" to the world the reader gets reincarnated into and we never know why their soul got picked. I 100% believe this is one of the rare few that will address why Suna gets picked as the 19th soul

I think that most of them have their differences in their own right. You can easily know which is which based on how you tell the story and you can tell it’s different.
