It's really cool to see Turquoise's style improve and change over time across all these videos. Dokuro has a very distinct sound, so it's cool to see a producer's style shift and stuff. It's like when you compare the two versions of Infernal Catharsis.
Devourer of Gods: Non-Stop Mix is also s good example of that. Just how the style of the music drastically changes during Scourge of the Universe and then changes back once it's over. Really interesting stuff man.
The high pitched shrieks of the damned call out to you, speaking only in sounds of the impending threat. The low alarm-like sounds warn the player of a serious incoming beast. The drums keep a fast tempo throughout, as if to say that you need to keep moving if you want to live. The unusual sounds that make the main part at the beginning shows the unusualness of the Wall of Flesh. Finally, the music gets louder over time as if to pair with the increasing speed of this unstoppable monster. I may be wrong, but it is a good theme either way.

If you think about it, it fits that the song is like that. WoF isn’t just a regular boss; aside from the effects it’s defeat has on the world, it forces you to do much more than fight it. You have to run. You have to take advantage of the terrain to fight it. Or it will, and it’ll destroy you.
I noticed this piano when he was getting faster and catching up with me, this was an horrible great experience i had fighting wall of flesh, i never felt true fear fighting it until i fought it with this music, absolute masterpiece
Another theme that grew on me as time progressed. When I really stopped to think about it, the theme really does fit a massive abhorrent wall of death (that probably somehow smells worse than it looks) chasing you along a hastily constructed bridge going through charred ruins over boiling pits of magma.

You won't know how much this actually fits the theme of the fight overall until you see the beast itself while shrieking when it's hurt and it's coming for you. Terrifying is all I can say. I love it to hell. The tempo is fucking perfect.

I always find first Wall of Flesh fight intense af. Lots of screaming, worms coming from it's mouth trying to stagger your movement for wall to catch up to you while also shooting lasers from it's eyes and always moving towards you to the edge of map, intensity comes from if you're effective enough in damaging it, you never know (+ it speeds up when get to low HP) If your bridge or world is long enough.

God this music is just the extreme example of stressing out. The Wall Of Flesh being at >10% HP, your mage has already fell and perished and joined the ungodly fleshy wall that pursuits you and your gunner. The clicks of the Minishark echo your brain. The horror of seeing the bridge your team had constructed coming to it's end. Having to jump from ash pile to house to ash pile.

I tried murdering this thing on Eternity and it's actually one of the easiest bosses there, especially when you get CEM.
