    And when they break just chuck them in the bin because you won’t get any spare parts

      I'm sorry to see bad comments without knowing anything about us. We do have all spare parts in stock, we do provide assistance in all countries where we have a distribution net, we do have thecnicians who support the local assistance by video, trainings and direct video call by whatsapp.
      we ship spare parts in 24 hours and we also make a lot of technicial videos on youtube in case you would know more about us.
      Do you have a SIMPLE&SMART chair? bough from who? which is the serial number?

      As company owner and knowing all the efforts i did, to create this company, i'm not happy to see what your are writing if there is not a solid base of what you are saing. So please now act according with what you wrote.

      @@simplesmartdental thanks for your reply. I must apologise as I made a comment before doing any research about your company. Since I have never heard of your company I assumed it was another Chinese manufacturer which unfortunately sell their equipment at a very low price and very low quality and when this happens they don’t give support and parts are not available. Accept my apologies
