I was told a short and deep story years ago between a Boss and his employee. The Boss runs a Store and this employee had an argument on this fateful day with her Boss that was usually very rude and speaks proudly. The Boss was so furious and kept asking the employee arrogantly, “Do you know who I am ?” This argument got heated up and when the employee had enough of her boastful rhetoric questions, she said madam wait , I will tell you who you are today.. just wait. She ran out of the store and came back with a pack of sand in her hand. “ Madam, this is who you are showing her the sand” . Immediately, the woman became quiet and cold because I guess for the first time in her life , a message so deep and humbling was preached to her. Moral Lesson: Whoever you are today is by Grace of God and humility is one of the requirement to stay relevant at the top. Olukoya has chosen to turn deaf ears to God’s warning so Mr Pride has eaten him all up to forget who he is and where he came from and where he is going.
