I find that npcinteract works well for HTBF KI. Usually if it doesn't work its because either the character was too far away or you moved too soon for the addon to broadcast. I'm running 6 chars so it takes a while. I do wish there was a better way to get seals for domain invasion. Can't win them all. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
Oh yeah I forgot it works for that too. I use a dif addon for that. Things I know it works on: Runic Portal, Assault Tags, Assault Orders, Canteen, Buying Gobbie Keys, Buying Powders, Portals in Riverne... and uh I am sure more but can't remember.
I should mention that NpcInteract has a known issue with buying key items that cost key item currency. It tries to duplicate the purchase, but the alts don't detect the success so they sometimes keep buying it endlessly until you just run out of the resource. At least according to people that posted issues. I haven't played FFXI in a while so I haven't been able to test/fix it.

I feel like I'm one of the 3 people on my server without stars over his head. But my top of the line endgame gear from back then is now totally gimped and that is more in my grasp to fix first

I did copy the RAW files and paste them into Notepad ++ and saved them as lua files, so maybe I just need to get the files directly using the Opera browser, but I don't see a direct way to do so thus far.

I've just started to play again after a few years off, and essentially took over 2 accounts from each of my friends (we each dual-boxed in Abyssea days before Adoulin). I've been using just Windower scripts for warping, trizek/echad rings, acheron selling, powder selling, etc. Seeing the gearswap commands video was eye opening, and opened up a whole new world of experimentation. The fact I was able to figure out how to get it working with Motes' includes (I'm too lazy to redo all of my gearswap files, and any issues with Motes I've been able to break) is the icing on the cake.
@@duzalin8429 That would be Config plugin allowing 60 FPS instead of normal 30. DGvoodoo which allows graphics card to do more with the game and lastly XIview with are HQ font and icons.
Is it possible to save stuff for sellnpc so that it always sell junk? i see there is a profile lua but have not figured out how it works or how to correctly add stuff there. Would make mog garden so so so much faster, amonst other things
hey sorry for late replay. yes you can make profiles for whatever you want. in game there should be a help feature for sellnpc addon, if not, find the github and the readme on how to add stuff in-game. it's usually like //sellnpc add or something like that

Does anybody know how to get superwarp to work? I have a superwarp folder with the lua in my addon folder. A folder titled "map" in the superwarp folder where all the map .lua files are stored. When I attempt to load the error says "no file /superwarp/map/maps.lua and no .dll files in the plugin folder. Thanks for any help.

The follow part is the in-game follow feature when you type /follow but I use the send addon to send @all to my mules. The unfollow is a script/command to mimics hitting the 7 key on the numpad which cancels follow.
@@EjinCaitsith A lot better everyone would be on an equal playing field. Some of the best players in the game played with Vanilla. QoL = laziness/cheating. Win4 = People scripting anything and everything they want to.

multi-boxing in mmos is a sort of "pay-to-win" bs. It's basically a sanctioned form of cheating. Pay the price for the hardware and subscription fees and you can have the ability to do things normally outside the scope of what is normally capable within the game mechanics.
Yes and no. It does bypass the community aspect of MMOs, to be certain. It also has duplicative effects on certain content where all players get rewards for given content, such as Ambuscade or sparks farming, which is a definite advantage. That said, it still takes effort to gear up every single character, unlike a pay-to-win scenario, and assuming a person doesn't bot, it still requires extra effort to play six characters at once (which is why a good amount of multiboxers use support jobs as their extra characters, as they're more hands off). So multiboxing does provide an advantage, but an advantage that takes a lot of effort, where pay-to-win implies stuff like gil buying and mercing moreso which takes almost no effort aside from providing a credit card number.

There aren't actually any cutscenes that go 30 minutes. Even at normal speed, the longest ones I have seen were 15 minutes.
I liked the story and never use FastCS or Enternity for new missions, but I do when I'm levelling up extra characters.
I suggest DressUp from the Windower4 Launcher. The new BlinkMeNot. Can set it so that no one blinks ever so you can cure without losing target

Google dot com, FFXI plugin_name, click link, download, make a folder named the same as the plugin, put the .lua in that folder, //lua l plugin_name
