Do copper and full silver ones have different weight? Like could somebody put those to scale and see if roll has silver in it or is weight so close to same?

My uncle was getting 10k of penny's and scaling them. Copper penny's weigh more. Copper scrap was running around 3 cents per penny at the time. He melted them and sold them.
