A similar case happened with my freind's dad he was in the 1 para sf as a soldier he got leg injury in an accident because of which he was unfit for service in a nutshell he took retirement and now he works as a gunman in a bank.
@@deshbhakt992 i think people need to made aware of the whole private military contracting industry it exists outside india but they recruit people with basic military backgrounds sometimes even law enforcement backgrounds, in india people see moving abroad as a big decision and arent aware of this industry as whole because gun culture or related combat tactics and stuff is not a frequently discussed topic here

Indian army needs a big rehaul. It needs to come out of the feudal style of governance & return to the Hindu way of sena. Revolutionary changes needed.
even if soldier sustain heavy injuries in combat the case is same. check MARCOS praveen teotia's case. he pinned down 1 terrirost and injured 1 then he got severly injured and sent to Military hospital. got only basic salary till he was not back to service. missed his promotions. after discharge from hospital till joined back he didn't got full salary so he had to manage his medical expenses and household expenses from his savings. Soldier is Promoted and honoured with financial reward only he came back fine from combat or he attains martyrdom in combat. else Organisation will make his life hell.
Its called Professional hazard, there has been examples of officers in army with amputee who climbed to be major generals and even CoAS, read about Major General Ian Cardozo who commanded a Battalion and then a brigade after being a Knee down amputee in 1971 war, he had to fight and earn his spot but you wont see him complaining anywhere, please act professionally you knew about these hazards the day you volunteered for the force

Primarily because SF soldiers are being led by PARA Airborne Generals. SF is not being provided with good equipment and exposure like Western counterparts/European counterparts. Airborne battalions have now been converted to SF and are sucking dry the funds, equipment and resources of real SF battalions like 9, 10, 1, 4 21, 2, 3 etc. The 2nd reason is pressure from wives(family issues) because of field deployments etc.
You are not alone there are 1000's complaining that the system has long been compromised. An audit will reveal. Sadly all institutions have been compromised by ambitious GOVERNMENTs and their cadre organisations. This and other stories expose the system in India to the world. Very sad and unfortunate. Institutions take time and sacrifice to build. And some entitled lot bring in their ideology and ruin everything. Very sad state of affairs. Please take your care to all retired generals with all grievances.

He is just a loud mouth even while in service. He was rejected from Para because he was childish and never imagined the compatibility to be in all the Para SFs. He always used to stay away from risky operations as much as possible. Always expect the organisation to abide by his rules just because his scores in physical was very high 😂. Now he is just hired by hosts to speak out his frustration. Even a child knows Para SFs are extreme they shouldn't be startled if your thoughts don't align. Para doesn't give a hoot about your opinion. PS- My father was his senior.

Physiotherapy is very powerful, army should have really hardcore unit of Physiotherapists and PMR doctors. All at the rank of officers..
Yoga, meditation & natural therapies also. & Natural original fighting methods also
