@@marvuser1367This is a virtuosic piece what do you expect it’s Franz Liszt it’s to show off. It may be a dance but still is to show off. Lisitsa is a prime example.
A very thoughtful and dynamically rich virtuouso performance. The fireworks were all there, impressive as always, but Lika kept the melody forward so you never lost sight of the musicality of this show piece. Thank you for uploading this performance. And kudos to your sound engineer!
Wooow - - - What is this ????? Amazing! It's like she wrote a new piece. And brought out some of the essence. After hearing this, I think the piece needs the room she gave it. Her technique, freedom, courage, adaption and consciousness is great!! The first time and for sure not the last time I heard her.
Wow, you’re playing the Rachmaninov Cadenza. Absolutely awesome! It really gives a bit of a 20th century vibe to the finale. Standing ovation from me! 👏👏👏
Lika, Absolutely beautiful performance of the Franz Listz Rhapsody! I believe you performed it perfectly! I used to enjoy this piece when my local symphony orchestra played it but it still sounds much better on piano, the instrument it was originally written for! Thank you for sharing your performance here on TH-cam
I absolutely love that transition from the fast trill back to the theme at measure 85, here at 3:18, every performer handles it differently. Here its very graceful, although I still prefer Lisitsa, her's is spicier!
-So beautifull! --Yeah, the performance is very expressive... -I was talking about the girl... --Oh... -... --Well...it actually applies to both.. -Hell yeah!
I have heard and seen great performances from Callas, Marokova, Sawalisch and others, but the quality that separates them is the risk that the best are taking a risk during the performance. There is no question that they will finish, but they invite the audience to share their uncertainty and anguish. I find here extraordinary competence, but little or no drama effort in reaching the conclusion. The pianist is a great artist, but she should let us share her doubts and hopes.
Your playing is beautifully crisp. One point of positively intended criticism, though... Girl! Smile! *_Look_* like you're enjoying playing it much as we enjoy listening to you!
This is so interesting. The original version as written by Liz, don't get as much of a reception as the Tom and Jerry interpretation, as played here.😅😅
Лист наверное, хорошо бухнул перед тем, как написать эту вещицу. И правильно сделал - классная вещь! Очень современно даже сейчас. И исполнение очень техничное.
I really like this one because she’s not trying to be as fast as possible. She’s just enjoying it.
I really like this one because she’s not trying to be as fast as possible (like LANG LANG)... She’s just enjoying it.
no it was still faster, like the intro at first and some other parts. But still far better than 95% of the videos.
@@rikxdragneel5290 Yeah it was faster but really musically good compared to some other pianists who play this piece just to show off.

Yeah she plays it like I would play it

First time seeing/listening to this pianist. Absolutely incredible!!

this is what I've been looking for.
This one is the best because she is enjoying it and putting it in the performance. Amazing!
Beautiful. One of the best I've ever heard.
Magnificent, absolutely masterful performance.

Hungarian Rhapsody egy gyönyörű zene, szépen hangzik , köszönöm
Best version ever. Thank you.
this high es erzi!!mi a magyar.... thx deep respect!
Best interpretation of this piece on youtube so far.. hands down...!
Rousseau's is better
@@billbill1235 shouldn't compare, people play the same piece differently according to what their feelings tell them, so don't compare it
@@billbill1235 forget about Rousseau. Let’s watch Adam Gyorgy’s version
I prefer Valentina Lisitsa
Marc Hamelin does a pretty fantastic job playing this piece as well.

Fresh and clean interpretation.
Stunning! Great musicianship! You has the real sense of this music in every way. :-)
How this video has 18k views is beyond me. Definitely one of the clearest interpretations i've listened to.🎉
I usually listen to Adam Gyorgy's.
wow that was amazing :-) never heard the cadenza from Rach. great job
That's the Tom and Jerry version 😅. The Rachmaninoff cadence don't have a glissando in it.
Marvellous interpretation and performance of a marvellous piece of music! Bravo! Bravissimo!
Amazing!
Great performance!!
Bravo!!!!!!!!❤
Excellent performance!
Дорогая Лика, очень понравилась Ваша интерпретация рапсодии Листа. Хотелось бы увидеть и услышать другие Ваши исполнения. Дайте знак.
Incredible performance!
Just wow!
super extraordinaria
Dang, that was awesome. I like the cadenza chosen. Masterful playing.
Bravo!
Adorei a interpretacao
Incredibly clean. Awesone
Beeindruckend mit welcher Leichtigkeit und Beschwingtheit Ihre Finger über die Tasten gleiten. Hervorragende Darbietung! 👏🏼👏🏼
Very nice! congrats
Very nice! I am realy looking forward hearing you play in Munich on Sunday 6th!!
Excellent.
Well done 💙 .
Bravissima Khatia, tutte le tue interpretazioni sono stupende. Complimenti!
It sounds so clear, beautiful
Yeah! I wasn’t sure if it was the piano or the audio quality
@@mariorodin9246 both, super tuned piano and good audio quality

That's how the piece goes, not what she's playing. This is far better. It's the Tom and Jerry version 😊
great job
well done
the voicing is out of this world
WOW ❤❤
I love how God created us with the ability to make and play such beautiful music!
Actually evolution did that - there's no need to bring in mythical superbeings.

Lisitsa is much more technical, this interpretation has much more feeling.
Love it.

It's call concentration. You can tell when the piece is new to the pianist.
❤👍👍👍👍
for now, this is the best version i heard. Bravo
my favorite one is played by Horowitz but this is a close second
Only 114 subs???????

my only question is how is there a thumbs down? Answer) somebody has no taste in music.

Go away. Nobody is interested in your opinions.
The Tom and Jerry version.😅 You don't hear it play very often.
Not a piece for a woman to play.
What a totally idiotic remark.
Wth😂Rousseau or Kassia version is best
