yes bro, I'm agree with you and now getting so many problem with old scooters also. Not good in service center team performance. 1. Manger behavior not good. 2. less experienced Technician 3. Recently i got issue on "RESTART your Scooter", for this they took nearly 7 days. When I see in the invoice bill nearly 30K to fix the issue. but likely having ola care +. 4. Now days getting new issue when you fix the old issue. As per my understanding service center Team poor knowledge or manipulating for getting money from customer. 5. I think after MOVE OS 4 lot of problems. 6. I'm holding OLS S1PRo Gen1 and i don't have issues last two years on wards. Now each 15 days getting new issue. 7. Defiantly need to address these problems to reach OLA higher management. BRO please provide the link or email or video for the same.
