@@GadgetGuys when I use the cable provided with powerbank , it stays on...but when I connect the phone with the phone company cable , it doesn't stay on ....
That means your ph cable doesn't support higher amp, to provide the fast charging. Use any cable that can provide much amp.

I'm charging my realme x2 pro which comes with 50W fast charger...
When i connect it with cable provided with power Bank the green light stays in for few minutes after that it goes off...same is the case when charging with charger cable...

It will only work while either quick charge or pd charge technology will be using while changing. So check your mobile charger type and ph fast charging type accordingly.
Why doesn’t it work when it’s not plugged in switch board.. I bought it to charge my phone in emergency cases when I’m out of my house.. it’s of no use
The fast charge will not work in case of changing and discharging the powerbank simultaneously.
