I would say command hooks, never worked with acrylic backdrops.

Do you have any tips for keeping your confetti balloons clear?? Mine get cloudy after 1-2 hrs when outside. Don’t know if that’s normal or if there are ways to delay the oxidation?

Unfortunate you can't do anything about oxidation, unless I don't know something :)
