Both Trubisky and Watson were rated higher than Mahomes on most people's draft boards for 2017. And look at someone like Brock Purdy who was drafted with the very last pick in the draft, or even Tom Brady who was taken in the 6th round and only got to play because of Drew Bledsoe getting injured... You just never know, man.
