FINALLY! I started my anime journey with "Detective Conan" at FUNimation, to get to come back to it (albeit not as Harley Hartwell) at Bang Zoom was awesome, sixteen years later XD
Thank you for always sharing your love for the detective conan community even after the dubs end, You were the detective of the west for so many fans around the world and to hear you back in the dub is such a treat! Would love to talk conan with you someday.
@@JoeBReactions Thank you so much for your kind words, I'm very proud of my work as Harley even though he was the first major character I every played and I had no CLUE what I was doing as an actor, but have the amazing Mike McFarland and Chris Cason to guide me on those first outings. Would totally be down for chatting about Conan and other animes sometime XD
You played the part of Harley so well, you set the bar for anyone who gives Harley a shot. Even though it's been almost 14 years, I feel like it'll be a while before anyone accepts another voice as Harley/Heji. So glad your down to talk too. 🤩

Yeah, can't wait to see more of him! Really glad they used shinichi's voice for Kaito like the Japanese version does too.
I love this movie so much. The idea that Kaito straight up kidnaps Shin and smuggles him into the country will never not bring me joy its so bannanas.

The only issue I have with this new dub is Conan’s voice. I just can’t bring myself to like it. Everyone else’s seems alright though 🤷🏻♀️

Are all the movies in English and if so where can I find them
Not all of them, some of the recent movies have d been dubbed and are available to rent on Amazon prime, there are also the English dub from India that covered few movies that n3vrr got subs but those are very hard to find.

When will silver bullet be dubbed and rest of series be dubbed
The Silver Bullet English dub was released in theaters last year in France, Germany, Singapore and other countries, but it hasn’t been released for home video yet 🥲 I’m not sure what’s taking them so long when it’s already ready 😭.
One theory is that they don’t want to release the movie because of the ongoing war as the movie deals with terror attacks.
As for the series, this year alone we have received a Lupin vs Conan special dub, zero tea time show dub and will receive Hanazawa dubbed soon, so the hope of a series dub isn’t dead yet!

Whatever happened to Conan’s voice. And why is her name Ran instead of Rachel? I get it because her original name was Ran in Japanese. But c’mon we grew up with the amazing voice cast of the old Case Closed. Bring back Conan’s Voice & Rachel’s name please!!
Yeah, they changed the voice actors as the people in Japan had a say in the casting this time around compared to last time. I think they had to change the names because this dub is being distributed in various regions around the world like movie 24 this time round, so they might hv felt the other countries might not get the American names. The funi dub will always have a special place in my heart but this grew on me XD

That's because the old dub was cancelled by Funimation. This is a new one made by TMS that uses voices that are closer to the Japanese and use the original names. It was definitely jarring for me the first time too 😂

Well, can't TMS at least keep the original voice actors? Funimation did it for 4kids.
@@addambelmont3050 Yeah, unfortunatly funimation is able to bring back voice actors tp reprise their roles but it doesn't work the other way around. Funimation doesn't allow you to voice the same character in other projects.
The same thing happened with Tower of God, which just got a game but the voice actors could not voice their characters in it since they were forced not to.
But the silverlining here is that Harly Hartwell's voice actor came back to voice a character! He couldn't voice the same one but he did another character which was really great to see.
