While the marines look cool and are a lot more competent than in previous games, I think the lack of transport options and their inability to drive vehicles, along with mission design that ignores them, limits their presence in the campaign a lot. Still my 3rd favorite marines in the game behing H3 and H2 though.
Try to make an AI that fully works on an open world without that much roads and the constant need to get out of the way to fight enemies, also they need an objective with a clear pass
To be fair to the H4 marines they weren’t outfitted to fight covenant/promethians in the post war years. The UNSC went back to fighting human insurrectionists who use ballistic weapons and as such UNSC marines were outfitted to combat ballistic weapons ie Kevlar and ceramic plates
Actually that's wrong, UNSC have stopped using those lesser materials for moleculsarly and modified titanium that inceases times more the material's resistance and there's different types of it, such as the Titanium-A, modified to be properly used in warships and big-sized vehicles. The usage of this augmented tutanium was to fight the higher calibers used by ballistic weaponry, it is very common and technically most rifles use 7.62x51mm Full Metal Jacket against regular infantry. Calibers such as 5.56 or less potent versions of the 7.62 stopped production likely around the Interplanetary war. This high calibers are AP, meaning they are more stronger than the regular. This usage of high caliber weaponry such as 8 gauge is thanks to the 'fancy' dampening systems the manufactorers and producers have made through time, so in response to this as ceramic and kevlar were no longer usable and totally useless against sidearms using .50 cal, the UNSC and other groups started using augmented titanium not only for warships but also infantry. This titanium is times more resistant, adaptable, cheap and more usable than the regular titanium, and the regular titanium is already very resistant.
I think captured marines that you free should have no weapons at all once freed until they find a weapon, just how they were on that halo 2 mission, spawnin with pistols that they never use while captured doesn't make any sense
My favorite voice line is between the marines and the banished jackals “Cash in bounty for dead humans!” (Jackal) “How about you cash in this lead instead? Stupid bird!”
The duck and cover you mentioned at 1:57 is a real thing. If a grenade is too close to you, best thing to do is get down like they do and let your helmet/armor take brunt of the explosion, since grenade shrapnel usually flies up and out. Realistically you'd stand more of chance of surviving with injuries doing that rather than attempting to run from a grenade that landed near you.
And you’d want to face the opposite side of the grenade, having your feet closer to it due to your feet being a small target for shrapnel, and shielding the rest of your body.

The upside of not having the marines on the tank is that its more real-world where infantry and armor support each other. You can also use the tank to get ahead and circle around an enemy position, causing the marines to assault from behind while you distract and provide fire support
Just wish they ran faster, followed you everywhere, be able to drive, climb on or grapple on to cliffs and high places, and why can’t they get on the scorpion like other halos? It be cool if you could recruit unlimited Marines so I can make a small army equipped with Sentinel beams
That last bit is probably specifically why they don't allow that. Ignoring that the more ai you have in an area, the more your cpu has to run to keep up, a full razorback of marines with power weapons i.e. skewers, sentinel beams, spnkrs already absolutely demolish most groups of banished, especially if you don't drive like a total buffoon. These marines are so impressive, I hope that 343 can fix some things with them, such as driving vehicles, and I also hope they add ODSTs, Spartans, and friendly Elites in a DLC.
You know, I wish the Marines had different A.I. depending on their "Rank" or "Veterancy" in the Halo games. Six games and they mostly behave the same. The Infinite ones at least seem to behave slightly differently (sometimes) depending on their weapon of choice and proximity to the enemy. But it was always weird seeing Marine Sergeants in the Halo games behaving like Marines who occasionally stopped to point at things, whereas an Elite Ultra behaves much differently from an Elite Minor. This was especially noticeable with the ODSTs and the Spartan IIIs and IVs in Halos 3, Reach, 4, and 5 (Kat's awful driving aside). ODSTs are Helljumpers who drop feet first behind enemy lines. The best of the best of the best. The Spartan IIIs are manufactured expendable supersoldiers, and the IVs are supposed to be outfitted with all the latest technology. Yet how do they behave in the game? Just like the rank-and-file Marines. ODSTs don't even have more health, endurance, or a better likelihood of dodging things than normal Marines, and don't even get me started on Noble Team, Osiris, and the IVs, who just stand there absorbing hits without much thought to tactics (not that the supercharged Covenant A.I. ever give them the chance to do so). 343 has decent A.I. with the Spartan Bots in MP, so hopefully they implement that with future DLC if they get introduced. I get *why* this is likely the case. They don't want the A.I. interfering with the player being the big damn hero or outclassng you in terms of how effective they are, as that might kill some peoples' immersion or power fantasy. That said, I do wish higher ranking Marines like some of the officers you save in Infinite actually had more advanced A.I. similar to the higher ranking Covenant and Banished troopers. In Infinite especially I think it'd make having them around a lot more dynamic and interesting.
I love the idea of Marines having different AI depending on their rank! Would be cool to see more veteran troops shouting out orders or taking cover more effectively while the lower ranks might buckle under the pressure of heavy combat. Cool ideas!! Thanks for watching!!!
Honestly I agree. but I believe the marines or allies in general having weak ai is due to balencing. however I think it'd be cool if should they ever add ODSTs into infinite would have better accuracy health and ai than regular marines.
This is how I nodded my halo campaigns. I didn't change encounters very often but I just made each ai more unique. For example, sergeants are more likely to throw grenades to flush enemies out and dodge grenades and take cover. Odsts are much more accurate and grenade happy, always diving out of the way from grenades and almost always throw a grenade to flush out enemies taking cover. I also made the odsts have more base health and aggressive engagement parameters, better vision angle and hearing and reaction time. In vanilla halo games they all use the marine ai as a base for each ai character, except for the sergeants. In halo 2 the sergeants have 30 more hitpoints than the basic marines, they're are just more tanky. In halo 3 its the opposite. The sergeants have 20 less hitpoints than the standard marine. I extended the treatment to other characters, such as the elite honor guards, grunts and brutes.
Halo 1 did experiment a little bit with the idea of a Marine "Major" variant behind the scenes but clearly it didn't have much thought put into it other than giving us Johnson and Stacker as characters. Would be cool if Reynolds and Stacker (or whatever Marine Officer NPC they introduce in the future) had the ability to co-ordinate fire from nearby squadmates. Kinda similar how to the Stormtrooper Commanders function in the Star Wars Jedi games. Basically they act as more healthed up versions of the regular Stormtroopers but will also sometimes do a hand-signal which makes all their allies shoot a lot faster at the player for a brief time. Imagine that but against the Covies now. Would help make the Marines stand out a bit more if they had a unique squad tactic like that.
I wish you could command them more. For example being able to command marines to create a convoy of Razorbacks or warthogs. I don’t like that I can only transport 5 it would be cool to be able to create convoys that follow you
I just started playing. It be a cool feature if your marines could rank up the longer they survived battles with you / became more loyal to you. Eventually they could rank up to be like ODSTs the more battles they fought and survived with you so you could actually get attached to them. It be awesome to have 5 fully ranked marines that you do stuff with.
The gameplay of the marines kinda resembles old Halo 2 Marines in a away that they aren't very effective on their own but when pair with 2 or more Marines they are incredibly deadly to Covenant Forces, especially with them being able to deploy mounted turrets in Halo 2. While we didn't get driving abilities in Halo Infinite the Marines design and gameplay are some of the best in the series for me.
i like how the scout realistically should be the lightest guy on the battle field, but he has the most stuff on him... and an entire assautl rifle, like he's trying to play heavy...
so 2 things, a theory and a fact the demolition marines with sidekick pistols DO infact spawn at fobs, just a little farther away and i have this theory that they are like, the human equivelant of brute officers in the campaign.
I love this video and the way you describe these marines but halo ce was the first game to have marines driving just they only could drive ghosts and its pretty rare
What I'm glad about is that the Halo marines can now hold their own in combat instead of being setpieces to get steamrolled. It matches the fluff far better where humanity were able to put the hurt onto the Covenant in ground combat but unfortunately was outmatched in large scale ship-to-ship combat.
My biggest problem with Halo 4 and 5 was its lack of UNSC competence. It sounds dumb, but the marines were such a huge part of the immersion of the halo universe in Halos 1-3, ODST, Reach. Their limited and even useless at times presence adds so much to the game. If your playing on easier difficulties, they are a fun addition. If you’re playing on harder difficulties, they add a realistic casualty experience. Halo marines are underrated.
I thought of something the marines on lower difficulties serve as training wheels for new players especially in 1 on easy 2 marines can storm the silent cartographer yet on heroic they need the player but still are useful.
I actually like that they don't all board the Scorpion. It's built to literally tank heavy weapons, but they'd all die from the splash damage while the driver remained okay. Even irl, infantry fighting alongside armor will escort it from the side and pick off enemy troops trying to flank it. Makes no sense to sit around on the outside of the bullet magnet.
Thing is in the game it's not that hard to avoid that splash damage even on legendary. The game doesn't have nearly enough vehicle vs vehicle combat. So it makes the change moot for this game. Meanwhile in CE we're getting hit by those enemy vehicles more easily. It also makes sense that marines would hop on the tank in the underground section where you're unlikely to face heavy enemy armor (In CE). The problem isn't that they get ON the tank. It's that the player can't inform the marines to get on or stay off. Which would change tactics. There's no way to order them around. Which is, you know, what games made TWENTY YEARS AGO can do. We're a sparten and we can't even give orders to the marines? In all this time no one addressed any issues in the games to let the player do that? Which not only affects tanks but also means actually making allies in fights more useful when the player can position them into cover? For TWENTY YEARS? Even something basic and simple would do it. Doesn't have to be fancy. Did I mention it's been TWENTY YEARS?
I also noticed that all weapons have the assault rifle reload animation except for the rocket launcher which has a unique loading animation which kinda looks like their loading a musket
I honestly think that they could have done a better job of depicting the Chief linking up with the UNSC. Heck, even just a cutscene of Lasky, Locke or some other character (old or new) greeting him at the first outpost and taking over as the commander for that entire theatre (with regular check ins on the radio) would have scratched the narrative itch I had. Don’t get me wrong: I love this game, it just felt incomplete in small ways- and from what I’ve heard it really was. When the Chief reunites with the first group of marines they didn’t seem surprised to see him. Glad, yes. But not ‘oh god we thought you were dead for six months’ levels of glad. There should have at least been one cutscene of any kind where they react more overtly and we’re given that moment of ‘we’re finished regrouping, now we counter attack and finish the fight’ for the UNSC.
They're not actually equipped with Sidekicks in their holsters, but instead M6 Magnums. It's weird that they would have the model for the Magnum on the Marines, but not available to use in the game.
Im telling you rn the toughest marines are the POW ones, I had 2 of them stick with me for multiple missions and side missions and I never saw them die, I eventually had to part ways tho.

He has to deal with explosives and backblast and shrapnel and all that good? stuff, so it makes sense for him to be heavily armored so he can blow shit up good. LOL Also, I never noticed that! The Sniper Marine staying on the high ground, not now, Obi-Wan, to keep watch over his comrades. :3 Great video, dude~!
If you ask me, looks wise I think Halo Reach or Halo CE A has better Marine outfits, they're all uniform with the same Armor and Camo's making them look more like a Army rather than Soldiers/Marines from multiple different Units But I do appreciate how depending on what Class the Marine is, they get certain cosmetics, but overall I feel like the Bungie Marines are still superior, especially H2, H3 and H:R
i never understood why the UNSC guns fired by marines have shell casings and not when fire by Chief in first person... 343 really needs to fix this. otherwise i love their look
I am wondering if 343 decide to give different types of marine different ability in the future, like snipers and scouts can use grapple hooks, Breacher could use some defensive equipment and more. And I wonder if we could have maybe a Fire fight mode, we play as Banished brutes and elites to fight off waves of UNSC forces with marines, maybe Cyclops and Mantis, and Spartan 4.
@@LiveFromMyBasement Yeah I was inspired by that, actually My earlier idea was That Player began as Grunts and by earning points can play as Jackals, elites and Brutes, or even hunters, and would be able to call for NPC allied too. And If you survive really long waves, then Master Chief himself would be a Final Bonus Boss tries to take you down... But I guess that maybe to far.
Only complaints I have with them is their poor survivability and their complete lack of a sprint animation. If you outrun them, they’ll make their legs move faster and it makes me think of the old scooby doo where they’ll start to run but they’re not actually going anywhere despite their legs being a blur
Something i've really hated so much. Marines can't drive vehicule, INCLUDING the stationnay turret, purrfect. And am not talking about there moveset. Am not liking to much things on Halo Infinite at the moment, but still happy to see what's coming. (am talking about campaign)
One thing I wondered was whether there are any AI or health differences among the marines. If not, it seems a bit silly that you can spawn, say, a sniper at your FOB. Just spawn any marine and give them snipers yourself. Seems like an odd valor system, unless there are other aspects to the different marine types (besides appearance) to consider...
I think it’s just a visual thing. Though it would be neat if the uniform/variants enhanced their performance with certain weapons, i.e. Assault Marines would fire in longer bursts with auto weapons, etc.
@@AzelfandQuilava yeah I thought itd just be visual, which is a shame. I cannot remember whether sniper rifles or sniper marines are available first, but they kinda cancel each other out...
@@senecauk8363 I guess its more for the convenience when picking them up from an FOB. Also for random encounters it means the devs can just spawn a Marine Sniper biped rather than having to manually spawn in a regular Marine who's armed with one (if that makes any sense?)
@@AzelfandQuilava yeah, I get you. I still think its weird that all the different valor scores provide different weapons and vehicles and then marines who are all the same with those same weapons- totally get the convenience point tho. At first I thought you were limited to one-time uses of those FOB weapon generators so it made more sense, but that isnt the case. I'd love it if the shotgun marine had more health and was tankier, for example, so there was a genuine sense of power progression or at least differences across your allies.
I would love for them to add a sort of ODST drop pod ability, them not being in the game is a huge disappointment. I still have a lot of fun fighting alongside the marines though. by far the best marines in the series as far as fighting ability goes
Unfortunately they seem to have based them on Halo Reach marines. I was never a fan of the Reach marine helmets and was really disappointed when they showed up in Halo CE Anniversary as they didn’t fit the aesthetic of that game at all. I would have much preferred them to be inspired by the Halo 2 Anniversary marines which were most similar to the depiction in Halo Wars, which I personally think were the best rendition of UNSC marines (as they were depicted in the Blur Studios cutscenes in that game)
If you played the halo 5 campaign the marines weren’t suppose to be there and it makes sense, so don’t understand the complaint about it when it was reasonable.
I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but in my experience at least every 4/5 marines that I encounter or see at F.O.Bs are female. I don't mean to make this a gender issue because the presence of female marines don't bother me but it seems a bit weird how there's hardly any dude marines in comparison.
Honestly, the female voice stood out as way different. There's like.. 4 different male voices, or three.. Not sure. And there's.. Maybe one or two female voices?
As far as armor design, I like Halo 1 and Reach/5's styles. I wish they could settle on a final design being a combo of the two. However, I must say. I hate how underpowered the UNSC ground troops are. Especially the infantry. There's no artillery for fire support, whether that's tubed or rocket artillery, self-propelled or not. There's no mortars for portable fire support. There's no homing or air burst ability to the rocket launchers. The assault rifle has no optics, no aiming laser, no iron sights, and no underbarrel grenade launcher to HELP WEAK HUMANS TAKE ON THE COVENANT. There's no IFV to provide mobile armored troop transport and fire support. There's no kind of aerial gunship to provide close air support to troops in contact. There's no kind of friendly robots or even drones to use as scouts to help humans engage the covenant on their own terms by trading human lives for machine lives. There's no man-portable medium (or even light) machine gun to provide heavier fire support to the infantry. Idk. Halo is set 500 years into the future. So what the heck. The US military currently is working on exoskeletons, cased telescopic polymer ammo, a heads up display for infantry, rifle aiming stabilizers, a smart scope for small arms, and a few more things. Doesn't anyone at 343 pay attention to what's going on in real life and try to reflect that at least a little bit? It's like they dressed up a Vietnam Era military in Sci Fi garb, and then sent them 500 years into the future to fight an enemy that is more advanced on all accounts.
The UNSC has been wiped out by the Banished. Within 2 years of initial combat between the two factions, the human military stronghold of Reach was captured by the Brutes and the portal on the planet was used to access the Ark where Atriox initiated the creation of Zeta Halo. Atriox’s Banished also destroyed the strongest UNSC ship, the Infinity as you can see in Halo Infinite’s campaign. The UNSC is ill-prepared and in a state of severe disrepair. Hundreds of Spartan IV’s have been slain, not prepared to fight Banished who have endured decades of combat against superior Covenant forces.

To me they’re more like crewmen than marines but I like their design.
There's a way to implement that without literally making them look like action figures.
The marines actually feel competent now
Get a couple with sniper rifles, and let the heads roll.
They always have
@@heymay724 yes, in halo ce they were pretty weak but in the following games the marines became much stronger
I've seen marines kick brutes to death
Yeah they're pretty good in battle but they still manage to get squashed when I call in a vehicle lolll
We need a separate marines campaign
I think captured marines that you free should have no weapons at all once freed until they find a weapon, just how they were on that halo 2 mission, spawnin with pistols that they never use while captured doesn't make any sense
Isn’t that how they work
@@crimsonted They have the sidekick pistol.
My guess for the reason they have sidekicks when freed is because their ai might glitch out if they don't have a weapon
maybe it would be hard for the 343 devs to programm them without weapons until they automatically picking any weapons
@@Shrapnel57 Why? The aliens capture you, strip you of your armor and... Let you keep a pistol? It makes zero sense.
My favorite voice line is between the marines and the banished jackals “Cash in bounty for dead humans!” (Jackal) “How about you cash in this lead instead? Stupid bird!”
Mine was "I would ask who's your daddy but I know you have no idea!"
Reason why marines can’t get on the scorpion sides is because in this halo they treat the scorpion as a wrath meaning only turret and driver.
Thats an awesome detail! Cool they made new additions like that. Thanks for watching!
And you’d want to face the opposite side of the grenade, having your feet closer to it due to your feet being a small target for shrapnel, and shielding the rest of your body.
There is a another marine but he had some healing thing and is rare.

What sucks is that they don't accompany you into mission areas. I loved how they gave feed back on the enviorment around them and spoke about how strange the forerunner interiors were.
Sure you can force them into some areas. But most levels will have them disappear after you load a zone.
Yea it would be cool to be able to have them follow you anywhere. Or even allow them to drive vehicles once the game ends even if it’s just random roads lol thanks for watching!
@@LiveFromMyBasement what would’ve been cool is that depending how many Marines and fobs you’ve saved, the assault on the House of Reckoning would be easier or harder
I would love to play as a marine being weak little and bloodthirsty like they always are

I would love to see Marine/ PlatoonDLC where you can lead a squad like halo reach where their names pop up near the map on your screen also fixing when you run a bit far away they don’t stop following, I would love to see this as if Chief can lead marine squads or call in Sergeants, squads and platoons because always bring a squad (possible ODST Squad and Deployment??) with me on any tasks by driving the Razorback where they can ride in the back and have 5 marines with you, they do have a lot of potential as I know marines come and can die but even offering a second chance where you can revive once they go down (could make a medic marine) and adding a Sergeant to call that brings in a Squad of marines based on the sergeant or even being able to pick which type of marines they bring can obviously can be a creative game changer, if they add platoon/squad DLC with ODST Squads, Medics for Revives, Sergeants that can be called and can form a platoon 343 Give me that Marine Squad DLC! (Would pay money for it lol)
Yep this is huge i want marians that can follow orders where you can give them simple cammand like defend here are move over here I thank that's doable sadly we got yet another infinite product that missed it just barely
Hopefully they add ODSTs! It would be badass to request them as reinforcements
If you were able to recruit entire armies and equip them, then there really wouldn't be any challenge in the game.
why the hell they can't go on the sides of a Scorpion? it's a disappointement. hope it will be in a update
@@RealYankee equip mythic or skulls to make it a Lil harder it's fun and razor back is op but on the ground it's quit balanced just wish they were just a Lil smarter like thier slow to react but incredibly accurate but the elite where they make intelligence movement and the ability to move quik and be can hit a target on the move just wish marrians would feel like they had tactics like in past halo games don't like how they stay huddle in past games they would either spread out or go in like pairs or Lil squads thier returns to form but nothing else has been added just returned

I hope we can get some epic Halo 2 anniversary marines…. That would be epic.
I also wish that you fight with them at the start of some missions… that would be great
These marines are so impressive, I hope that 343 can fix some things with them, such as driving vehicles, and I also hope they add ODSTs, Spartans, and friendly Elites in a DLC.
I love the Halo Reach inspiration!
Would help make the Marines stand out a bit more if they had a unique squad tactic like that.
this classes in all units around the game gives me to much high hopes for a halo wars 3 TwT
I wish you could command them more. For example being able to command marines to create a convoy of Razorbacks or warthogs. I don’t like that I can only transport 5 it would be cool to be able to create convoys that follow you
I didn’t even know about these different classes, excellent video man

Its still a shame what they did to the marines of Halo Anniversary. I wish they waited longer to do a proper remaster.

Great video man!
Also, cmon, you need to be able to set waypoints and have marines drive.
Really enjoying these and have watched them all
I’m glad you enjoyed them!!
An awesome evolution of the already awesome and insanely detailed reach marines
Thanks for watching!!
Demo/Rocket Marine has a trench shovel instead of the holstered pistol.
so 2 things, a theory and a fact
the demolition marines with sidekick pistols DO infact spawn at fobs, just a little farther away
and i have this theory that they are like, the human equivelant of brute officers in the campaign.
That sniper’s pretty well armored for a sniper
I love this video and the way you describe these marines but halo ce was the first game to have marines driving just they only could drive ghosts and its pretty rare
It's actually fine that they can't ride on scorpions because they are OP already with razorbacks😂
Very well done video
What I'm glad about is that the Halo marines can now hold their own in combat instead of being setpieces to get steamrolled. It matches the fluff far better where humanity were able to put the hurt onto the Covenant in ground combat but unfortunately was outmatched in large scale ship-to-ship combat.
Very true! I love that they can hold their own. Thanks for watching!!
That’s a good point. Thanks for watching!!
I love that when you reload the Rocket launcher he dumps out the spent rocket cartridge and it actually falls to the ground. Thanks for watching!!
This just makes me want a marine game
As much as I love being a Spartan, and getting to play an ODST in H3: ODST. I definitely wouldn't mind a UNSC Marine campaign🤔😎🤘
Sames! Thanks for watching!!
There's also a medic marine. Rare, but they exist.
Im telling you rn the toughest marines are the POW ones, I had 2 of them stick with me for multiple missions and side missions and I never saw them die, I eventually had to part ways tho.
3:37 this guy just reloaded the bulldog like an ar.
Nice break down bro.
After Halo Infinite... I just want a good Halo that gives me vibes of Halo 2 or CE.
Halo Infinite has the best marine design hands down!!
The marines can’t sit on the side of the tank because a tank with 4 marines equipped with rocket launchers is just waaay too op
Damn good, video, Doc! And look, like, *BRUH* compare rhe amount of views, Likes and comments to your previous comments, my friend~! Like, wow~this one is goood in terms of reception! :D The UNSC Marines, man. They are our comrades, our friends, our brothers in arms! HOO-RRAH! (Salutes) Also, the demolition Marine? He's awesome and DUMMY deadly and his design makes sense.
If you ask me, looks wise I think Halo Reach or Halo CE A has better Marine outfits, they're all uniform with the same Armor and Camo's making them look more like a Army rather than Soldiers/Marines from multiple different Units
But I do appreciate how depending on what Class the Marine is, they get certain cosmetics, but overall I feel like the Bungie Marines are still superior, especially H2, H3 and H:R
Nothing beats the halo 3 marines
Gotta love the classics! Thanks for watching!!
i never understood why the UNSC guns fired by marines have shell casings and not when fire by Chief in first person... 343 really needs to fix this. otherwise i love their look
343 SHOULD MAKE A VIDEO GAMES WITH TOM CLANCY BREAKPOINT MODE ABOUT THE MARINES ONLY JUST LIKE THEY MADE ODST OR ODST 2 BUT 3RD PERSON POV.
I find their pants and some of the camos to be extra questionable in design bit at least they the rest looking really good
Great video
I am wondering if 343 decide to give different types of marine different ability in the future, like snipers and scouts can use grapple hooks, Breacher could use some defensive equipment and more.
And I wonder if we could have maybe a Fire fight mode, we play as Banished brutes and elites to fight off waves of UNSC forces with marines, maybe Cyclops and Mantis, and Spartan 4.
Man that would be dope! Reminds me of “Beast Mode” from Gears of War 3. Thanks for watching!!

I'd love it if the shotgun marine had more health and was tankier, for example, so there was a genuine sense of power progression or at least differences across your allies.
all they miss is ODST marines and being able to drive vehicles :( and taking friendly damage
Hello there
General Kenobi!!!!!
You are a bold one
I've done this on 3 videos lmfao
I would love for them to add a sort of ODST drop pod ability, them not being in the game is a huge disappointment. I still have a lot of fun fighting alongside the marines though. by far the best marines in the series as far as fighting ability goes
Having them drop into a fight as support would be an AWESOME addition to the open nature of the game. Thanks for watching!
Bungies version of the marines are far by the best ones along with ensembles from halo wars
3:35 the reload animation is choppy, the marines reloads it as if it was a AR or BR
Never played infinite but I'm sad there's no ODSTs
I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but in my experience at least every 4/5 marines that I encounter or see at F.O.Bs are female.
I don't mean to make this a gender issue because the presence of female marines don't bother me but it seems a bit weird how there's hardly any dude marines in comparison.
Honestly, the female voice stood out as way different. There's like.. 4 different male voices, or three.. Not sure. And there's.. Maybe one or two female voices?
The popping of the grass is terrible.. 1:29
Hydra is a granade launcher
I know what a sidekick pistol looks like and the pistol that the marines have is not the sidekick
The front of the demo marine's helmet looks inspired by an ODST helmet without the visor. Pretty cool.
It is a MP (military police) helmet from halo reach i think
That’s the military police helmet from reach, ngl it makes me sad about how it’s in the campaign and not on the mark v core in multiplayer, hopefully it’ll appear in season 2.
