Hi Jessica, I keep mine at room temperature. I have the AC on in the house as it is very hot here. Usually after I cut them I will store it in the refrigerator.

Actually I do this for my living so I work as Homebased Baker I just watched youtube tutorial and reading books for reference. I tried once to cover cake on fondant I used store bought it was successful but it was like wet look and soft to touch. As your tutorial I learned that you use ganache to cover cakes so I think I will do that in the future so it wont wet look much. Thank you thank you.
