@@bernienavarro4645 I found a Channel on TH-cam called PHOENIX HOMES FOR SALE 2 and apparently they find homes for people at proportionally at a low price that need some fixing. Also I've heard that if you live in Arizona and pay for rent around $1,500 a month, that makes you eligible to buy a home. I hope this can be to some extent of help for you.
