"I don't typically pick up the Sweet Valley Kids books, as they don't seem as entertaining to me as an adult man." - that made me laugh! Sweet haul!! I have a soft spot for a lot of these books, especially the Fright Time series..
I LOVE ordering Books off of Etsy! Lots of cool Shops run by the nicest sellers who charge VERY reasonable prices. 👌🏼 If you're looking for more Shops, look up Abridged from Hell, Vintage Book Vault, and Joyland Books.
I have all my first edition Fear Street and Goosebumps books packed up at my dad's. Have all of the original series of both series along with alot of the spin offs. Will probably never happen but I would love for every original classic Fear Street and every original classic Goosebumps to get hardcover editions released in chunks. A guy can dream.
This was a fantastic book haul Cameron! I've only read the babysitters club mysteries years ago as a kid and of course Agatha Christie. The halloween books sound awesome. It's amazing what great deals there are online. Happy reading. 😎📚
@@LibraryMacabre I can imagine it would be like a real needle in a haystack- pardon the pun!. 😎 Is your book Autumncrow available to order in Australia?. If not, I'll search it on my kindle to download.
The Agatha Christie book you bought, Murder in the Vicarage, is the first Miss Marple novel. Christie kept writing Hercule Poirot mysteries, too, but she appears to have liked Miss Marple more.
Charles "Tremendous" Jones was a public speaker and notorious bibliophile. His library was the envy of many (including me!) There are videos of it on TH-cam. So, nice find!
Thanks for the info! I have looked him up on TH-cam and will continue to watch some of his videos. I'm surprised I haven't heard of him before finding this book!
Dammmmmn, spooky friend! That's alotta sweet books. Your collection is goals. You and The bookubus should do a library check 🕯. How do you decide which books you will read and review? Its so many I would be so anxious lol. Do you have a channel for your films?
Haha Thank you, Mers!! Alex’s collection is amazing! 🤩 I mostly read and review books in the order that I receive them for review. The books that I buy... well, they’re put to the side until I have time, or I sprinkle them in here and there among review books. I wish I had more time to read them all. I don’t have a separate movie review channel, but I do intend on reviewing more movies this year! :)
Dude loved the haul! lol I never find any Goosebumps with trading cards ,and bookmarks .Congrats on that, as for Fear Street .There very hard to find now .I have all of the original most are first edition, but I found them forever ago.Thriftbooks would be my only advice.
They really are quite hard to find. Thrift Books is iffy because you never know if you're getting a real first printing or not. A first edition, maybe, but I want the first issues because I'm a nerd. LOL I looked at what I have and it seems I have most of the original series now, so at least I'm getting somewhere! :-)
Really curious to learn about your storage situation! Do you find space for all these on your shelves or are they boxed up somewhere until more space can be made? As someone who reads mostly digitally these days because of space issues it's one of the first things that always pops into my head! Great video and hope you're doing well, sir.
Thank you! I’m fortunate to have a large space for books so I don’t have any in storage other than a few boxes of books I want to sell or get rid of. :)
Amazing haul man. I had a pretty solid fantasy/sci-fi/manga/horror haul this winter so far too. Probably added 75-100 books to my collection too. Idk if manga interests you but I highly recommend Uzumaki by Junji Ito amazing cosmic horror very Lovecraftian and the art is mind blowing good. Also are you a fan of Jack Ketchum? Or are you a fan of “splatterpunk” horror?
I loved Uzumaki! And The Girl Next Door is the only book I've read by Ketchum so far, but I loved it... though it was a tough read, of course. I'll try Off Season next.
I'm wanting to get more books for my collection but I'm not super sure I will remember what I already have. Do you know if there are any apps out there to keep track of that
Nice!! Lots of bookstore where you live!! Lucky😊 pretty cool!! Love your channel!! ❤❤❤
Nice haul! visiting a used bookstore is always a great experience.
Listening to "Five total strangers" on audible right now. It's good so far.

Hahaha 😂
I can’t wait to dive back into Fright Time! It’s been a frightfully long time since I’ve read them. 🙂
Some great books there, Nobody True is fantastic. I’m a big fan of James Herbert.
I’ve read Autumncrow, I really enjoyed it 😷😎👍🏻

I'd love that too! I've always dreamed about nice hardcover editions, but I doubt it will ever happen sadly.
Great Haul the books looks so cozy and good
Great haul. Happy you kept your friend up :)
Thank you!! :)
So many holy grails! You even have a couple more Mark Ronson aka Marc Alexander books and they’re British! 😜
A fun shirt for you would be a skeleton dressed in neon green Ninja suit that says ninja of book world . 90’s style .
Omg I am obsessed with those first print copies of Fear Street too. The retro/90s covers are magnificent!
Agreed! :D
Nice haul, Cameron. Can't wait till I have room for more books and money!
Great haul ! Always good to see one of your videos appear !
Thanks, Brad!!
wowie what a haul! I can't wait for your review for Camp Slaughter!
Thank you! It’ll be a bigger video so I still need to set aside the time to work on it. Should be worth it tho 😎👻
I haven't ordered from Book Outlet in a while and that's...wow.
Sweet haul! All that fun horror!

@@LibraryMacabre you're welcome, friend!
Hi Cameron ,love love your channel and I love horror also and will be reading more horror books this winter ,please post more soon ,
Got yourself a couple of books there, did ya? This time next year you'll be getting a copy of my first book, also from CBUS!
Good luck with your book!
Wonderful haul!
i use to love to read the fright time books when i was a kid!
I found the SPOOK book as well months ago. I have it in paperback, though I have yet to read it.
Tony told me telepathically that he is tired of the Christmas theme. He wants a big Valentine box he can chill in, or a leprechaun outfit.
Looks like he talks to you more than he does me. He’s always giving me the silent treatment. 🙄
The Agatha Christie book you bought, Murder in the Vicarage, is the first Miss Marple novel. Christie kept writing Hercule Poirot mysteries, too, but she appears to have liked Miss Marple more.
Thanks, Stan! I've read a lot of Poirot, but I haven't read Miss Marple yet. Glad to know I picked up the first book! I didn't realize that. :-)
Great haul Cameron! You are on a mission, a mission from God.
Love you channel, thank you so much.
Thanks, Jim!!

So I think all the books you mentioned will be going on my TBR for the year because I’m looking for new horror to read. Thank you.
Fantastic! Happy reading!
@@LibraryMacabre thank you 😁
I won the Alfred Hitchcock award in Junior High because that's all I read and did all my book reports on. I was obsessed with the Three Investigators.

I loved The Visitor and really want to read the Toymaker bc haunted/evil dolls are a guaranteed scary time for me 🖤😈
It was a fun read! Hope you enjoy it. :-)
Got to check out Browse Awhile Bookstore if I'm ever in OH.
You definitely should! It’s an amazing store.
@@LibraryMacabre Back a few years ago I was a paranormal investigator and so I have double curiosity with this store.

Oh man, good question. I need to catalog everything since I've started but never finished. I'd say I'm around 6,000 now.
@@LibraryMacabre what??? 6000! Holy shit dude you are a legend. Your good bro. You are good.
It was on sale. It was only $6. x100 😂
Well, I mean, most of the books were less than a dollar... lol
💜🎵💜
Thank you for all you do, Andrea!

I recommend LibraryThing and Goodreads. :)

I'm not struggling financially, I have the space, and I'm happy to have a hobby. :-)
