Great video, I love it when you go around the markets and looking in the shop windows. I would rather prefer Soller town than the port. Thanks Steve and Anita, it’s great to have you back.
Thanks for another great trip out, can`t belive how quick the bus was, we were on the island last week had a couple of trips on the t.ib buses and one on the train across the island I have to agree with Anita the bus drivers do go quickly in fact they know two speeds Very Fast and STOP 😃
My husband & I still call Carrer de sa LLuna "slippy street," which it certainly was until it was paved about 15 or so years ago. I love Soller, but have hardly ever been to the market, because the town gets so busy. Thanks for sharing your day trip.
We were in Soller a couple of weeks ago and Port de Soller and loved it. Such a beautiful part of Mallorca. I remember my husband commented on the house prices as he looked in the Estate agents window it's a very expensive area but I can see why as it's stunningly beautiful . Thanks for another great Vlog Steve and Anita. 👍
We sat and had lunch in Soller back in Feb. Such a pretty place but nowhere as busy as that. We travelled by train and then got the tram to the port. A lovely trip 😊
Thank you for another great video. My husband and I are visiting Palma in July and he wants to take the train to Soller. I'm conscious it will be very busy so was wondering if it would be worth taking an early bus to Port de Soller and taking the tram and train back to Palma a wee bit earlier?
I think it is better to go by train, if you can. I think you will enjoy the experience more that way. Saturday is the busy day because of the market in the town, but it is worth seeing.
I seem to remember, way back, that the Escalator down to the trains and buses, didn't have a roof, and always wondered, Rain water...... electric Escalator ?!!
When they were first built there was a serious case of flooding that closed the system for a while. www.ultimahora.es/sucesos/ultimas/2007/08/22/474843/tromba-agua-deja-fuera-servicio-metro-palma.html

It does get very busy. The week before they had their fiesta and had to limit the access.
Sóller es nuestra ciudad favorita.
Fué declarada ciudad por el Rey Alfonso XII, cuando la visitó.
Gracias Steve y Anita.
No sabía eso.
Thank you for sharing your video of soller

Lovely video. Really enjoyed the walk around the town of Soller and the market. Do you ever go to my favourite market in Santanyi?

It will get a lot busier in the coming weeks!
Think they made soller very touristy do understand but it was pretty before hand.
It is a very popular town
@@SteveandAnitainMallorca it is but lost its quaintness
Smart to take the bus to Sóller since parking can be difficult. I got my lottery ticket also; no matches tonight. 😔 Thank you for the tour!
We have had a lot of problems parking in the past.
Place is best of Mallorca

They have managed to stay up this season but too many draws
Hi Brian, they did, keeping the fans on the edge of their seat until the last minutes of the game!
