19:41 is a pile of soaked fibers. 19:49 there is dry paper added in order to be made into the pulp. Can someone help me to understand what happened to the pile of fiber? Did this become the dry paper that is then being changed into pulp? Thank you.
Its mixed at 22:28. Two Boxes with diferent kind of soaked fibers. A little bit diferences colors.

I hope yo get someone who knows English to write out more details... what kind of paper is it? What is it used for? How much do you charge for one sheet? Can it be ordered online? -- I was trying to figure out how the paper stuck to those boards! How long to dry? -- I really loved seeing how it is done and your equipment!
It was once used for all kinds of purposes. It was used for letters and books, room dividers (called fusuma or shoji), children's toys, and as a material for artwork. Some of the stronger ones were used for clothing, and some were waterproofed and used as umbrellas and raincoats. Because it became very strong when soaked in lacquer, it was also used for armor for lower-ranked warriors, but it is said that it sufficiently protected them from attacks by Japanese swords and spears.
In the absence of modern materials such as plastic, paper was used for all kinds of purposes in Japan.

I just need to know how we went from wet scraps of whatever to soaking paper in water. The paper was made and then liquified again to be turned into paper again?
We start with mulberry barks, they are soaked, treated with washing soda, cleaned, then beaten to pulp with the beater shown from 20:40. A little washi paper is added to the pulp for consistency. Later, "neri" (a starchy substance, sunset hibiscus roots extract (mucilage)) is made and added to the vat (it acts as a sizing agent).
