My current theory ( for the rainbow track ) is that there will be 5 players running on each rainbow colour from 2 teams ( X and O ) this also explains why there are 2 rainbow circles. The first team that has all the members reaching the end will survive and the losing team would get shot by the guards. This would possibly carry on for a few rounds, possibly causing a riot? just like the scene we saw from the trailer.
We see at the end of the first season that Gi hun has trouble accepting the concept of the games, and the games continuing after he's gone. I think the only reason he goes back is to tell players how the previous game ended, to convince them to quit the game. I think the stickers and the different games are a way of the game organizers to rebel against Gi hun's plan. The stickers are meant to divide the people and start wars as in the first season, but worse. With the different games the chance is high Gi hun will die because he doesn't know how to games go, so I think the organization wants him dead so their games can continue.

i think the metal doors game will be about this: A number on a screen will pop up, indicating that the door enumerated by the number is the wrong door, players will try to find a room while BLINDFOLDED, but there's a twist, the room will be spinning, making it very hard for them to find a safe room. While the room is slowly stopping from spinning, players must be quick and wear blindfolds. the players will get dizzy but since it was too hard to find a safe room, they made the blindfold so they can see light. Green light means safe and the red means its the death door. The players must be quick and pick a room in 10 seconds. If a player is still outside, they will get shot. However, if a player went into the wrong door, the room will start to burn, killing the person. This game goes on until 150 players are killed. (There are only 50 doors, only 4 can fit inside one.)
