Alarak P3 - Shadow of Death

Alarak's 3rd prestige. Prior to prestiges introduction Alarak was a commander seriously lacking air units & mobility. Now with this prestige he has one of the most powerful air armadas with 60-second cooldown teleport, which is fair in my opinion.
