My question from the council would be as to why the authors of the constitution choase to link the proportion of the reserve seats with the seats secured by a party in gen elections ? The answer is because the results of the gen elections represents the will of the people of pakistan and any distribution of seats needed to be done must be done in accordance with the will of the people rather than against it. Hence no Bandar baant can be resorted to. Supreme court wake up.
haram zady behty hain simplest example is agar General Assembly 237 ki hai or aik party ny 71 seats li hain tou un ka proportion 30% hai ...which means ky agar women or minority seats 100 hain tou un ko 30 seats milay gi ....... this is proportion method...... EC or cheif justice ki apni hi definition hai iss ki.....in ki math apna hai ......agar seats PTI ya SIC ko nahi milni tou kisi ko bhi nahi milni ..... warna app proportion ka law hi tabh kar dain gy .......
