It's been like that since KOF 99.
I mean, Ralf literally nicknames her Dominatrix in the NESTS saga games, it's kind of a running theme for her. Shame she doesn't get any dominatrix themed outfits.

Is non-stop jumping part of high level kof play? Anti air seems hard
Anti air are not that hard per se in Kof, but they are more difficult to place in high level matches because there is more usage of low jumps for offence, WAY MORE...
But Kof also offers the players many options to defend yourself or search for fresh air. ;)
Jumping is kinda big part of kof. But it not reward big damage like in other game. You can get counter grab even when you land your jumping attack when you miss timing your jump.

I’m just now noticing why does Angel have only one round win animation? Is she the only one?
Probably to keep her "safe" for the game ratings. Her default pose has been altered where she never unzips her jacket. The other pose was she turns away from the camera and flashes her chest out. She doesnt have that in KOF 14 or this but you can see them in the older games she appeared in.
There are differences between her round win poses, but yeah, they are really similar to the point where you'd assume they were the same at first glance.
Combofiend playing in the lamest way posible was a big surprise.
