Can you do tp actions during the opponents turn? If you conserve tp points?

60 hours on normal play through. I'll probably leave it on normal for my NG + and only watch the new story sequences. They differ every time from the choices. It really feels close to ff tactics combat except the abilities r set per character. No 2 people play the same so it's fun figuring out who u like to use. Runs at a flat 60fps on pc load time r like 1-2 seconds.
