While still an impressive vehicle, the camera car was doing 40 km/h so the speed difference is very big

The Stock McLaren GT and the Acura NSX 2 of the most underrated modern sports cars of all time.
I'd be interested to hear what you guys think of the Mclaren GT - it didn't seem to get a great reception from auto journalists as it fell awkwardly between GT and Sports car, and didn't seem to carry the GT bit off very convincingly. They have depreciated badly for such a relatively new car.

i know a few videos ago people wrote in the comments "do fly-bys" but the fact that you actually set it up :O. Legendary
God, how cool is it when a car with such a QUIET exhaust goes SO fast. Recently, a loud exhaust of the Akrapovic type has been put even in slow and not going anywhere tin cans.
Those high speed flybys really put things into perspective as to how fast the car was moving. Always wondered what it looked like from someone's point of view just cruising along on the highway
not even close like this.. we have a minimum of 60 kph on the german autobahn, if your car cant drive at least 60 youre not allowed to use the autobahn. camera was driving 40 kph... and the "cruising" speed here in germany is around 120/130 kph on the autobahn so thats just 1/3 of how the speed that you would normally have here. it just looks so extrem, in reality its still quick but not like a gunshot like you see here, this is only bait.

the way this car accelerates, maybe it is common for supercars.
but the way it corners, it is in a league of its own, with its own unique suspension system. fantastic car, the way it attacks corners is just beyond belief.

Very nice car. I really like how it looks, especially the one in the video. The fact that it has an incorporated tablet is a plus. It shows that the designers weren't cost-cutting and weren't lazy either.

I am not a big fan of the British cars, except Aston Martin Vanquish V12 and DBS from 2008, only, but folks I really don't understand what you dislike about this McLaren GT. The car is excellent. Even find it better than the previous McLaren's in the start of the production of that model.

As I recall this stage 1 and the 700HP Novitec McLaren GT are the best sounding Mclaren's currently on sale (sense the firing order change, etc. of the 720S) and sounds like a tuned MP4-12C.
