SDT - II (Suzuki Diagnostic tool) can be used to calibrate throttle sensor. This is an application running on windows laptop

Calibration is required after throttle body cleaning and throttle body is only cleaned well when its completey removed from the hose..otherwise its a completely mimic and waste of money

My pro mechanic saw th meter, meter said 54000km. As i wiped tea, i said, okey, what could go wrong.
After driving again , i felt jolt, rpm high, low.., unstable RPM, i left my car and tried for two days nothing changed. He offered to get
Worst it went into lump mode.
I said okey, get one for me, also i have him money. Neither me nor mechanic could find on one in Ghaziabad. Price of TB is 5000Rs, i offered many dealers to get one for me, i will give you four times more, next day a shop owner called me, his agent is asking for 28 thousand and settled on25000. ,Next day good call came, my throttle by has finally in, excited i went, but soon my joy vaporized , as it did not fit,it was for lto 800. Sad, came back, and lied down( car is my first love), i started to read in bulk about this , on and for a stretch of 15 days, what i found was so simple, all u need to push butterfly using a screw driver, u slowly hammer it to the lower most postion , where u find the mark,(made due to constant use of valve travel) an it became instantly fine, no one believed if this will work again, out of anger i had broke it using hammering , soon i will send the link and pic of devasted TB, since then i h v cleaned it number if time, and forced the valve to travel to old mark.

aur manual me jo likha hai woh km wise engine ke and car ke maintenance re related hai jisme clear mention hai kab kaunsa part replace karnahai kab engine oil and others fluid change ya top up karna hai kab kis parts ko clean kafan hai so manual only engine koi ke liye nahi hai

And throttle body clean karna aisi liye padta he kyunki Air filter time to time clean hota he or dust particles throttle body tak chale jate he.

It's 200-300 for full cleaning. dismantling and cleaning every individual part ie. IAC valve, TP sensor. Packing charges may be extra if the old one is not usable.
