    Please don't stop talking because of a Troll. Love your accent and you are interesting. Rude people are ignorant and don't know how to talk to people so they are nasty.

    A good tip I picked up from Heather Tracey - Thicketworks - in the Graphics Fairy ecourse is to "attach the round pad from the dauber on the back of the stamp using a velcro dot, then you have the correct colour for the pad colour each time." These are very cute and handy, by the way, so thanks for the ideas.

    Hi There Tiffy, your little notebook journals are adorable! Yes, I love Nik the Booksmith too! I am in the middle of making a journal out of a old novel book, I tea dyed mine too. Love your video!

    Tiffany you are so cute and funny! I was laughing when you couldn't find the card. That happens to me too! You are so creative with these books and you really seem to enjoy making them. I would love to see a tutorial although I'm afraid I still wouldn't be able to make them as lovely as you do. I'll settle for buying yours(which I have) and just make some for fun. Keep up the good work and thank you!

      Aww Thank you for your kind words Shelly! Yes... I always would reach the point that I have made too many notebooks and got confused about what I put where... Ah Ya.. I am a messy girl lol But I enjoy it! haha I have to say it is not hard to just put paper together, the hardest part is I have to choose what go where and try to collage them in a good way lol

    The pages are darker on one side b/c you have to turn them over after a while when you are dying them. But, I kinda like one side being darker. It gives it dimension and they don't all look the same. Thank you for this very nice video! :)

    Thank you for sharing so many of your tips and techniques. I love junk journals, but have yet to make one myself, so your video will really help. BTW, regarding the tea-dyed glassine bags - maybe you can fold them in half, sew them into your journals and cut the closed bottom end to turn it into a little pocket. Then you would have 2 pockets from one bag :0)

      sorry I forgot to list it!! It is www.ebay.com/usr/oldpapercat, they ship fast ;) They are also selling beautiful cards, in case you wanna buy them, here is a reminder, they are all in a small size, like a quarter of a postcard size ;)

    Thank you for all the useful the insights! I am new in Junk Journals and I've always wanted to know how all the cool youtube gurus (yes, you're one of them) combine their beautiful junk journals. One question, since I don't have a sewing machine and most Junk Journalers include stitching elements in their artworks, do you think I can get the same result by stitching the papers/fabrics manually?

    Great video! I love all your beautiful supplies. You make such wonderful journals. I'm so glad I've had the chance to get one. I'd love for you to do a tutorial. :) I've attempted my own but I can't get the cuts right. Is the beautiful vellum from Tim Holtz too?

    • @FadedChronicle
      @FadedChronicle  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you Nikki!!! I hope you enjoy journal in it lol The cut is pretty tricky, the cover should be a bit bigger and the centre paper should be smaller... I don't know if I am making sense...Yes the vellum from Tim Holtz too ;)

      Hi! What ribbon are you looking for? If you are talking about the muslin ribbon, I got them from an Etsy shop called: 5dollarfrenchmarche , if you were looking at the sari ribbon, I got them from designtalentedone on Etsy as well ;) Hope this help!
