ISAWAD W.E.E. CARE SEPTAGE TREATMENT PLANT

The ISAWAD Wastewater Enhancement for Environmental Care (W.E.E. Care) Treatment Plant is a 10 CMD septage treatment plant owned and operated by the Isabela City Water District.
It was inaugurated on December 6, 2016 and has been fully operational since May 2017. It is the first fully-mechanized septage treatment plant owned and operated by a water district in the entire Mindanao region.
