- นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

@@272Iman Yes. He knows he is loved at the print shop, but he's also taken for granted there. He knows he arrived at Good Pick and into Jane's department purely by accident, did not get off (no pun intended) on the right foot, and has now finally done something that seems to be right, even though, by the end of this segment, it is only "seems".
When I was in grad school, I had a haughty prof who got his jollies putting down all the students except those who managed to become his favorites, by what means, I have no idea. Every now and then, though, he would throw a crumb of praise to a student he normally denigrated, like me. The first time that happened I was on Cloud 9. Took me a while to ignore that and realize he still had no business teaching, no matter how good he was at writing articles about literature.

I don't think we've ever seen Gun surrounded by certifiably insane people, with the exception, as we might expect, since the two of them are going to end up a couple, of Off.
The funny thing with Gun and his girly voices is that he is not trying to make fun of them. He is trying to be authentic. I'm practically falling out of my chair each time.
Again, brilliant ensemble screwball comedy in the manner of "You Can't Take it With You " a film that is 86 years old, but features a halfway normal guy thrown into a family of nutty but well-meaning eccentrics, all but one of whom has no idea they are nutty. It seems to me that that is the same in this "family." Only a group of outsiders, like the interns, can see how odd this place is. Only Poon kind of fits in right from the start, playing the kind of character Poon is so good at.
We are really seeing Gun's comedic skills here, particularly in his facial expression and body language. Off and Sea are funny because they are so deadpan.
Oh, keep up this level of writing, directing and acting, and you will have a real gem here. Every ten-minute segment has me literally LOL several times. Love it. Perfect for a summer with overcast skies and 35-degree (C.) temperatures.
By the way, this is the sort of ensemble series that would run 7-10 years in the USA with all the characters helping one another face different sorts of doubts, challenges, etc. as the audience gets more and more attached to each of them. We get only ten weeks, sadly.
