With no eyes this gain is made of leather I know we can make it work together I need to think I need to see reporters Here's a guy And how to read the warnings Looking up the holes in killing time A western home here amongst the rubble is what you get for all your fuss and trouble Kneel and disconnecting till your fate With no eyes I could see you With no ears I could hear you A change of sex to make me feel much better A shallow grave the gain made of leather Looking up the holes in killing time A western home here amongst the rubble is what you get for all your fuss and trouble With no hands I can touch you With no mouth I can taste you With no drug I can cure you with no heart I can kill you
Parece la segunda parte de Strip soul. El lado más oscuro de su ingenio. Otra gran obra que debe seguir indagando. Me estremece lo enfermo que me hace sentir está melodía.
Not really. Think of Them Crooked Vultures and how different the band members are from or perhaps that collaboration of Wilson and Akerfeldt (Can't remember the name, since I don't really like it) which creates a new sound and style altogether. I think both of them could create the most catchy and progressive tune altogether. But well, I respect your opinion.
Wilson has the ability to create stunning vocal melodies as well demonstrated in this throwaway song
Everything he does is magic ... amazing.
I wonder if this is related to Strip the Soul? "Do you want a western home in the rubble...?"
I wish for a collaboration between Steven Wilson and Devin Townsend.
I could see it working out- something like this paired with anything along the lines of casualties of cool/ki would be incredible I reckon
Do you want a western home in the rubble?
My first thought exactly! Also nice Mantle pfp 🙏
Such a beautiful track. I love it
Does anyone else hear Mastodon’s Blood and Thunder in this song? Because I sure do!!
With no eyes
this gain is made of leather
I know we
can make it work together
I need to think
I need to see reporters
Here's a guy
And how to read the warnings
Looking up the holes in killing time
A western home
here amongst the rubble
is what you get
for all your fuss and trouble
Kneel and disconnecting till your fate
With no eyes I could see you
With no ears I could hear you
A change of sex
to make me feel much better
A shallow grave
the gain made of leather
Looking up the holes in killing time
A western home
here amongst the rubble
is what you get
for all your fuss and trouble
With no hands I can touch you
With no mouth I can taste you
With no drug I can cure you
with no heart I can kill you

το τραγουδακι τα σπαει!να σαι καλα για το απ λοαντ!
i can't believe this is a BSide
The vocal melody at 00:36 sounds like the chorus from "someday soon" by the doors
The piano melody is very opeth-esque
This was made for In Absentia because of the lyrics, I think
Omegaman And the atmosphere of this track would fit nicely for In Absentia too
And the year it was written
Home is in West, Heart in the east..
Would you like a western home in the rubble?
With no drugs I can cure you
@DeathToNewbie that would b so sick
@knabenfleisch i have the same question :/
is this from the dvd? if so should i buy it?
@DeathToNewbie Is the smartest thing I've read in the last time.
how can I get this song??
To be honest their styles are too different and I don't think it'd ever work. Nevertheless, two best musicians around!!
