The Beyonce is so gorgeous, I hope the stem and leaf propagating works for you.
I will be doing the same with mine in spring time. We are halfway through winter here in Australia, where I live has been cold and frosty in the mornings.
So have lost a few plants, will see if they regrow in spring time, fingers crossed.
