We are getting closer to the end of this fantastic LOVEBITES album.
This one ends a bit weird as i think the video just cuts off at the end before it goes into another song.

This is one of the trilogy songs about the II WW and specially about the nuclear bombs on Japan. The others are : "Above the black sea" (Kamikaze's song) and "Under the red sky" (always nuclear bomb). Thank You.

I like people who like Lovebites ! 😁The Apocalypse is one of my favorite Lovebites songs and an underrated song especially this live version with Asami a cappella in the beginning. The transition is for the next song : MDO, a Lovebites classic live and mega banger ! Today is the Day (with Asami on the piano !) is great too in the same 2021 show !🤘🐺

I think most Lovebites fans would choose a live performance over a music video. These ladies are so on top of their game that live performances seem to be as good or better than the studio version. (IMO) 😄🐺 Their influences are very much the metal bands such as Iron Maiden and Metallica from the 70's/80's/90's. Very much my era. 👍

Midori using the slide in the half-time breakdown makes the song sound really eerie and foreboding, which is absolutely appropriate because of the subject matter.

The person who uploaded the video from the DVD was a tiny bit late cutting off the fast intro to the next song on the DVD.
Lovebites frequently writes their music in a pattern, They Make a very serious song about the end of the world, death & destruction. Then the next song is a happy uplifting song. The next song "Inspire" is an Asami song with bold soulful vocals that will lift you up after this song.

I am personally not a fan of using acapella in heavy metal. Asami likes to do it because she wants a turn to show off her skills. But I don't like it. The rest of the song is fire.
