Its not necessarily looking "puffy" it makes your eyes appear more define and round :) also is a sign of youthfulness. When you age it gradually goes away, as your body creates less and less collagen to keep your skin full.

That may be in the west but in East Asia this has been called pretty for years now, it's kind of a beauty standard. And it's quite different from eye bags (which they do hide, cuz they dont wanna look tired) which you probably referred to... The aegyosal prevents that your face will look long(they like smaller faces with v-jaw line) it just makes your overall appearance younger weather you like it or not.

I actually bought one of these aegyosal colors off of Amazon due to this video. Had never heard of this. It really just seems like an alternative way of highlighting the under eye area. If it was too dark, then okay, it would look like really tired bags. But as it is, this hue of color seems to more so make the eyes look larger and brighter.. Cool trick. I have very Asian features even though I'm not Asian so I think this could work on me.. This look probably wouldn't look good on every one. @@sadongco

It does look natural once you mastered it if you’re a beginner and a tip . If you have eye bags and you dislike any face makeup such as foundation, primer or concealer I wouldn’t recommend it because it would end up with people asking you if you have an eye infection no joke I never used any makeup for my eyes since that comment happened

I tried it & I'm always going to do it now, it made my pretty eyes look bigger & the children in my home didn't even notice, I asked my son if my eye make up looks silly (my adult son, who would easily tell me if it did) He said no your eyes just look bigger, so it works for some people I guess,
    It's very subtle. 👍👍👍👍

It isn't very hard to achieve even if you don't have that product. I use my highligter on both my upper and lower eye lids. If you want an even more dramatic effect, you can take a little contour or cool eyeshadow and draw a thin line under the eye.

I don't think people understand that this Aegyosal makeup will only works and looks good with people that have East Asian eyes and features. It was made specifically for them 😂

  • @pvp6077

It doesn't look more innocent it just makes your eyes look rounder. That's why the white/shimmer goes on under the eyes. I've even seen girls lighten their under lashes or apply fake lashes below the white line to achieve an even more dramatic effect.
Some do just do the eye bags but I've seen the full extent of this style and it's girls in blond wigs tryna look like anime characters or smth.
Frankly, I don't even like the eyebags and I wish Asian countries had less prejudice towards their own faces pushed on them because I spent my whole youth watching women try to look more Asian to be considered beautiful.
The things I've heard people say about their own people's looks that we internationally wouldn't even think to notice, much less criticise is astounding. The amount of surgery in Korea and elsewhere to get "3d faces" (apparently they think Asian faces look flat), different eyelids etc to look more "Caucasian", calling actors and actresses we love "ugly" and questioning "Western beauty standards" because they aren't as pale, small-faced, and "Caucasian" looking as people in China, Korea, etc are trying to be.
It's like the white skin caste system in India or the colourism among black people where we're taught to hate how we look while other people are trying to copy our styles and look more like us 🫤

Well - this is interesting. I have never heard of making the eyes puffy. At least I don’t have to work for that one! Ppl tell me I look as tired as I usually feel. Lol. In time (20 yrs) you won’t need to do the enhancement either. Don’t rush it. Your eyes look better natural to me imho. You’re a beautiful girl.

In American ppl pay large amounts of money to permanently remove any puffiness under the eye. Thats insane. not being mean to us it makes you look older and tired. That's usually how one looks as soon as you wake up.
