Its not necessarily looking "puffy" it makes your eyes appear more define and round :) also is a sign of youthfulness. When you age it gradually goes away, as your body creates less and less collagen to keep your skin full.
I always used to do this as a teenager! Stopped doing it in my 20s because putting on makeup before work is too much effort. I went into work last week and tried it again, as I was going out for dinner after, and had like 3 people tell me I looked so tired 😢😂

No one thinks that they're trying to make their skin look droopy but purposefully trying to create under eye bags is very strange and is not the sign of youth.
@@cadynextdoorr Actually with age your muscles and tissues become lax and weaken this weakening allows the fat surrounding the eye to bulge out, creating that bubble-like appearance. It makes a person look tired, sick and old.

I feel like this could also be super useful for people with large eye bags. I’ve noticed that drawing the aegyosal makes the eye bags appear much less deep, and makes the eyes themselves look bigger.
We in the West find eye bags hard to accept as we age, I try extending my shadow sometimes not as far out as she does, but it can help deal with the bags.
