Hello. Your milk claw has a shut off plug. You pull the plunger down to keep vacuum until you have it situated under your cow to put it on her. Then, before you take the claw off of her, pull it back down to release the suction and remove it gently instead of pulling it off. That is why she kicked at the end. I'm sure there are videos on how to use the shut off plug and even how to wash bucket milkers more efficiently. Good luck to you. Nice cow!
Yes the suction has an on/off. We say that in the video & we turn it off before removing the claw. She kicks because she is used to hand milking & is just learning the machine. Thanks for watching 🐮

I think you put the milker on sideways. Usually pulse left right . Normally have the hoses point towards Annabelle’s head.
