As of the latest update, this feat no longer gives an additional shot on a repeating crossbow. It instead gives +33% Doubleshot with Repeating Crossbows. Normally that would still be bad, because Repeating Crossbows get a -66% modifier to all Doubleshot. This has also been taken away. Several of the feats giving attack speed to Repeaters and Double-shooting Inquisitive, give less now, so it's a little more clunky early on, and it shoots slower. However this is a major buff to end-game with these weapons.
I'm glad you checked this out. I saw that feat and wondered if it made Repeater viable into epics now. I think I'd still rather burn the 2 AP in Harper for Strategic Combat II to have "Forever On" INT to ATK/DMG rather than futz with Insightful Damage. YMMV.
I've been playing artificers almost since their inneption. The new destinies seem extremely confusing to me and currently I am running a pure arti on inquisitor which is bonkers. I am TR'ing tomorrow on a repeater and the fact all epic shots are broken makes me sad but what if we take a spell attack instead of a ranged attack?
wonder if its still worth going all into battle engineer now that the crit multi is from the lvl12 core not capstone the defenses you get from t5 in renegade look pretty nice, but then again battle engineer got buffed in u66
The aoe attacks are very substantial for crossbow. Battle engineer t5 will be a must have, although the capstone isn't necessary. 12 arti is good enough.
How would you upgrade this build for Human First Life 32-pt, assuming all universal enhancements? I've never played arti before but I am fascinated by BRRRT.
You call it "Extended Clip" but it's actually "Expanded Clip", which is only important if you want to look it up on the wiki or forums. I can't finish this video right now, but have you compared this to Endless Fusillade? Honestly, that's what I thought the video was going to be about.
Hey, I'm trying to do this build but when it comes to the shadowdancer epic destiny your build shows to take "the darkest luck 1" as the core but thats not a core thats available until I spend 10 points in and get another core. the build also says there is a "the darkest luck 2" and there is not as far as i can see on my destiny tree, am I missing something or did the tree change?
about the build; how did you start a gnome with such high stats? there is no way to have such high dex/con/str if i set int to 18. or am i missing something?

I wish we could see a wizard revamp for the archmage and a mana sustainability for spellcasting classes so it doesn't feel like a hassal. Have u heard anything on that front?
Your actual connection to the server matters a ton more than your overall internet speed down/up time. I have 1 gig up/down and still get minor lag due to not being close to the servers.

Add some scrolls/wands of Fire Arrow to get Flaming Bolts for a free 1d6 fire damage to all shots.

There are multiple stat builds; 28, 32, 34. He could also be using times.

Won't work with inquisitive, inquisitive only turns light and heavy crossbows into dual shots. Repeating does not apply here.

Mana should be on a cool down system.

I wanted to build a gnome or halfing throwing hammers cleric as my main weapon build
why do you need 12 strength to start with ?
I just like having more strength on gnomes for carry capacity early, since being medium load slows you down.

is endless fussilade an action boost?
Yes. I never ran out before quests were over, so I used shiradi instead. 12 action boosts between shrines was enough.
