I'm 30 and I've picked up and put down that old guitar too many damn times. John Moreland makes me want to pick it up again. Truly an inspiration, truly a legendary songwriter already, so early in his career. This man'll reach inside you and tug at your soul. I haven't been this excited about a guy's songwriting since I first heard Bob Dylan. I hope the ride continues for a long, long time. God bless, brother.

Well this explains why his accent makes sense to me. Shit... I'm from most Southern Indiana... he lived in Northern Kentucky in part of his formative years... Of course he has Oakie in it, but always sounded like home...
