It really is refreshing to see semi-recent comments on a song for such a classic anime. I'll always love Angel Beats! and hold it on a pedestal, it deserves the love it has.
I don’t know if I could rewatch Angel Beats again. Too much has happened since I first watched. Life happened. Their stories would hit too hard for me But I’m forever thankful for Girls Dead Monster and their music
Yeah, think I havent rewatched Angel Beats yet since the last time I saw it back in 2013, but Ive rewatched some other animes before and it hits really hard, because when you are a kid normally you dont understand that deeply the story, so becoming an adult helps you a LOT to understand the story of every anime

@@SpikeTheWolf I think this was Iwasawa's last song (hence the name) before she disappeared. In the anime she sang an acoustic version, meanwhile this song is the band version. Also, the anime came out 10 years ago
@@KirbySaysBweo Naw, Yui sung the Gidemo version of that song ("My song"). They released this as their supposed last single (even though it wasn't). A couple years later (in 2015) they released "Million Star" and that has been Gidemo's actual last song.

It's one thing to listen to this song from one of my favorite singers. It's another to read the lyric translations. So beautiful and heart breaking.
