Part of getting older is thinking more about the "what ifs". My husband always says he wishes he can be carefree like he was in his 20s. Men carry more mental load than we realize sometimes .

Mando overthinking can be triggered by stress, anxiety, and fear of making mistakes . Just evaluate your responsibilities and that will help you understand where its coming from . And work on it . The older we get the more we think of worst case scenarios bc we know what can go wrong, its life . Having children increases stress for sure . I think with access to social media there are certain trends ppl think is the norm my opinion is everyones love language is different and our parents are from diff generations/cultures so they express love differently . Great podcast 😊

Thank you for sharing Mando. My family has recently lost a family friend and he was 16. He was my sisters chambelán and and my sister in law’s best friend. It’s been pretty hard on everyone, we lost him this Sunday and it still feels unreal. Our families are staying close to each other ❤️

I would always be tired like Lilly until my thyroid got regulated. Don’t give up on getting it checked. I had Graves’ disease, and it took me a long time to feel good again

Mando talked about the peace that Lily carries throughout life, but based on some of her answers, i think the peace she portrays may be skin deep. She seems to be sad about quite a few things. Sounds like she carries a lot on her shoulders for a lot of people around her and no one does the same for her. Take this with a grain of salt, as an outsider looking in. I don’t know you personally so please don’t take it personally ❤
