Note-After this lecture incorrect secquence takes place.so, for me by me
    Correct watch order
    1.p-n junction under equilibrium
    2.p-n junction under equilibrium(Contd.)
    3.p-n junction under bias.
    4.p-n junction under bias(Contd.)
5.p-n junction generation and recombination current
6.Breaking down of junction and C-V profiling
    7.Application of p-n Junction
If any body find any correction plz reply

At 20:40 kT in place of kT/q. Because of this things become easier and one more thing equate the energy left to right.

He should have wrote kt only, bcz all other terms are energy. KT/q is actually potential. So either all should be energy or all should be potential. Thats just silly mistake for him but I was in so panic like why cant I understand, am I dumb and what not ;)

I have basic doubt about direction of electric field as the direction of current flow is opposite to electron flow. Electric field and current flow has same direction for electron. But direction of hole flow and current flow is same then what is direction of electric field for hole??????

Hole is absence of electron..... there is only one electric field i.e due to the electrons

There is a mistake while calculating the built-in potential (about the q)

yes, I have also noticed. q shouldn't be there.

Sir in built-in potential derivation, how you included charge q yourself.

      At first it is qVbi= Eg - q[Fi(n) - Fi(p)]

When I saw India in the channel name I braced for the worst, but I was so pleasantly surprised at your amazing English! More channels from India could benefit from this clear accent, grammar, and microphone amplitude!
I have no idea why most Indian EE tutorials are usually just a man screaming improper grammar into a $1.44 mic from 1996.

It's IISc Bangalore Bro, Not just India's but World's One of the best (might even be the Best) research institute. So this is pretty normal.
