Eggslut is an average egg sandwich and WAY overpriced. You can literally make it at home it's so easy.

Yesterday lunch time still got 2hr wait and already ran out of sauce for the Gaucho …. Got the bacon sandwich…it’s nice egg sandwich but a bit too expensive and not worth more than 30min queue…..find shake shake burger more satisfying and is cheaper as well

I was at Eggslut, Shinjuku, Tokyo 2 years ago before the pandemic.
The fairfax is also my absolute favourite! Would eat it again and again. Wasnt a fan of their soda but buttermilk biscuit and hashbrowns were great! Enjoyed watching both of you tasting most of the menu 🎉

Chiara's style is to CUT open the food, TALK about it,...then take a bite.. Zermatt's style is take a bite first.. taste liao then describe it.
Looks like they need to tweak their recipe more to our asian tastebuds - I found that the food in USA was usually saltier so I guess you're getting the authentic taste of America haha

I There's Eggslut The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. It's open at 7:00am I walked by one person in line. Note I was there 6:30am I left for about 15 mins til 7:00 and about 10 people in line. I eating #Bcn&Chz and #GauchSandwich with Hash browns fry in duck fat with truffles. I must say I glad I went this morning 😊 Any other time the lines here in Vegas is Krazy line.. And I'm a new subscriber 💯💞

That plain egg sandwich looks like a winner. Too bad about the bacon egg sandwich, rule #1, it should be crispy! Overall it seems the menu doesn't quite satisfy the Asian palate.
