We the Yoruba have to understand our Spirituality profoundly. Ogun discovered this planet for the creation of humankind (now I am not talking about human ogun [incarnations]. All Yoruba Orisha have incarnations. Ogun who "vanished" in Ire Ekiti was incarnation. The Ogun who discovered this planet as human home is "Spirit" or "Multidimensional being"...not human as we are. All Orisha had and have incarnations all along the agelong history of Yoruba people.
Well done brother Man, you really did a great job. Kudos to you! I will love to have your contact info if you don't mind I want to invite you over to Ede for Ogun festival as well. Whenever it's time sooner. 🌿🌿🌿
Is ogun not the god of iron. Worshipping the god of iron is part of culture and traditions? The Ijeshas used to have Ogun festival which involved beheading a dog. Happy to note that this stopped in the early 1950s.
