Hello I had a quick question whenever I change a specific field on one of the clients it shows up as a task as it's supposed to since I made a workflow for it.However if I upload a report that updates the current clients information the task will not show up.For example I currently have a workflow setup that creates a task notification in my dashboard notifying when a status changes from active to terminated.If I go into it through the CRM and change it myself it will create the task notification. However if the client is active and already in the CRM and I Import another reportThat has that same client as terminated it will update in the system but it will not create a task for it I will still have to manually change it once it Import Is there any way around this?

Another great tutorial, thanks! Question, can a task be assigned to a user based upon a choice in a pick list field? I.e. the task is not assigned to the same person each time, but rather, based upon a pick list choice of users in a Deal (and this user list isn't the opportunity owner) can we have the task assigned to the person chosen in that pick list?
