Yes Bilaspur is a Law City "Nyayadhani" of Chhattisgarh State.
Bilaspur is the most prominent location since Madhya Pradesh Time.
This is the worst train in Kolkata Mumbai route. Gitanjali and Jnaneswari express are preferred over this train.
Jnaneswari is the best
pahle duronto ko hum bahut prefer karte te but ab iska halat dekh ke superfast trains ko hi ab hum prefer karte hai is route me travel karne ke liye
All trains on this route run 3-4 hours late. Duronto gets massively delayed because of shortage of rakes. Problem is preference of freight trains over passenger trains from Bilaspur to Tatanagar. Mumbai Howrah mail via Gaya is the only reliable train between these 2 cities as it runs mostly on time, but takes longer route.

Sadly Duronto Express has lost it's charm and is never on time. FYI almost all the trains are running late after Bilaspur division towards Howrah due to maintenance work but it has been the same situation since one year no improvement.

7Hrs late ,daily trains get maximum priority ,weekly trains get halt bcoz if it's gets late there is no pressure for return one ,will go to yard.

Earlier used to be very punctual when speed was 110 kmph.Route between Bilaspur and Tata is preference for Goods trains. Should be given additional stoppage at Raipur,Jharsuguda. Mumbai mail, Jnaneswari is good compare to this.
