INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo chicken feet
7 cloves garlic, sliced
3 bay leaves
1 tsp grated ginger
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp calamansi juice (or lemon juice)
1&1/2 cups pineapple juice
4 cups hot boiling water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 chicken cube seasoning
